Itās absurd how much Aaron Gordon is asked to do for the Nuggets on both sides of the ball. He truly changes everything for them when heās out there.
Feels under-discussed that he hasnāt had a healthy playoff run in years.

Its been 2 years since I last visited Denver, but I'd easily put it into the category of "most improved" cities in the US in the last 10 years
Putting a video together about that this week

On the one hand, the Front Range Passenger Rail District still has their old district map on their website. On the other, the district was redrawn through legislation this year that got a lot of coverage.
It is pretty crazy that this happened any way you look at it.
Due to a lack of notification from the Front Range Passenger Rail District re: new district boundaries, 262,000+ voters in @ArapahoeCounty received ballots containing Issue 7A, when they should not have.

We're grateful to @9NEWS for the fact-check on the blizzard of lying texts that dark money interests have foisted upon Colorado voters. The graduated income tax DOES NOT raise taxes on low- to moderate-income seniors and veterans. It cuts taxes for everyone making less than $500k
The "No on 87" campaigns mislead voters by saying Amendment 87 would tax Social Security and pensions differently. 9news.com/article/news/politā¦

Denver to Fort Collins or Pueblo without sitting on I-25. š@MelatKirosCO and I are voting YES on 7A for Front Range passenger rail. Less traffic, cleaner air, and the freedom to leave the car at home. Vote YES by Nov. 3!

Downtown Denver and #Dallas are very similar, both have high office vacancy rates, both skylines came from 1980s energy booms, have a struggling core next to a thriving district, etc.
Major difference? Denver's mayor is running a unified, well-funded downtown recovery that the council mostly approves, while Dallas's council is split 9ā6 and focused on one thing, City Hall.
That is why things like this are possible in other cities while @CityOfDallas spins its wheels. We had an opportunity with the @dallasmavs and our city leaders squandered it.
DENVER IS TURNING THE PARKING LOTS AROUND BALL ARENA INTO AN ENTIRE CITY.
The 55-acre redevelopment could deliver:
⢠6,000 homes
⢠10ā12M square feet of mixed-use development
⢠Shops, offices and hotels
⢠10 acres of parks
⢠Up to six new pedestrian and bike bridges
The deal also keeps the Nuggets and Avalanche downtown through 2050.
This is the future of urban arenas: homes, businesses and public spaces that remain alive long after the final buzzer.
Every sea of stadium parking in America should take notes.
