We’re 1,000 nowđź§
Didn’t expect this many people to be here when I started.
Some posts did well.
Some posts nobody cared about.
I still kept posting.
This account is simple:
make complicated things easier to understand.
Finance. Investing. Tech. AI.
If you just found this account, welcome.
We’re only getting started.
Human psychology is strange.
₹500 feels like nothing when ordering lunch on a random Wednesday,
and feels like a massive financial decision when a genuinely useful app asks ₹500 for a full year.
The most underrated use of AI isn’t writing code or emails.
It’s uploading a 40 page health insurance policy or bank agreement and asking:
“Show me every hidden clause in this PDF where they can reject my claim or charge me extra.”
Buying a stock: 2 hours of deep research.
Holding a stock: 2 years of patience.
Selling a stock: 2 seconds of panic.
The best part of waking up early isn’t productivity.
It’s getting one quiet hour where nobody on earth expects a reply from you.
This impressions bar for 𝕏’s OCR program has barely moved an inch.
The slowest progress bar I’ve ever seen.
Let’s keep pushing.
Genuine question I still don’t know the answer to:
Why does a UPI or bank transfer take 2 seconds when we pay a company, but 5 to 7 business days when they have to refund us?
Senior engineers don’t know every answer. They just know which 3 places to check before panicking.
Curious thought:
Calculators didn’t make us better at math - they just made us unable to do 17 x 8 in our heads.
Five years from now, will AI make us smarter or will most people struggle to write a 3-line email without a prompt?
What’s your take?
If AI keeps giving you generic textbook answers, add these 5 words to the end of your prompt:
“Skip the obvious beginner advice.”
By default, AI writes for the average reader. That one line forces it to skip the surface level fluff and give you the actual details.
Update on JIO IPO: Ended up in the unlucky 3 group once again.
Applied 2 lots. Allotted: 0.
Guys, I am officially retiring from applying to IPOs. 🤝
Please respect my decision until the next good IPO.
Most people don’t actually hate waking up early.
They just hate waking up early when the first 9 hours of their day belong to someone else.
I use AI every day.
My timeline still make me feel like I’ve missed the last six revolutions.
Anyone else?
