I trade a few engines(equities, bonds, and futures) off four proprietary mean levels: today’s, yesterday’s, this month’s and last month’s average price. When we opened 15-minute event contracts to the @public API, I wanted to know if the same engine could run there. Here’s what I learned: 🧵

So it runs on paper first. Every bid, re-price, fill and settlement is logged and scored before real money touches it. The first live test will be one market, one contract per level, and a hard daily loss limit. Boring on purpose.
