Accounts linked to OG Asteroid have recently been trumpeting a so-called "victory": they got our official accounts suspended by pre-emptively registering trademarks and filing mass reports. @AsteroidCoinOG This hollow victory is nothing but a self-deceiving farce that puts the cart before the horse. Far from demonstrating strength, it lays bare their true nature: stealing other people’s achievements, lacking the capacity for fair head-on competition, and resorting to despicable tactics to suppress rivals. 1: Trademark ≠ Copyright — Basic Legal Common Sense Pre-registering a trademark merely completes a registration procedure; it can never alter the original ownership of an IP. The Asteroid character was born from Liv’s hand-drawn cosmic dream. Its full copyright, original ownership and legal charitable leading rights have belonged to @rebeccaperrotto and the Liv's Stargrace Foundation @Liv_Stargrace from the very beginning. Supported by complete creation traces, authentic personal backstories and official charitable filings, we possess an unshakable set of legal credentials. In contrast, their pre-registered trademark has no foundational origin, merely a superficial label forcibly attached afterward. Attempting to seize the name with a hastily registered trademark and falsely accuse the legitimate official accounts holds no legal ground whatsoever. Their ignorance matches their foolish actions. 2: Shying Away From Fair Competition, Resorting Only to Reports and Suppression Daring not to compete with us on core strengths including charitable development, long-term community operation and tangible public welfare outcomes, they instead fixated on trademark squatting, mass reporting and suspending official derivative accounts. Accounts can be temporarily restricted by malicious reports, yet the IP rooted in kindness and cosmic dreams can never be stolen.
