@jdsportsus Really disappointed today. Bought trainers for my daughters (one for her birthday) – both marked at lower prices (£55/£30) but scanned higher (£65/£35). Manager was rude, tore off tags + refused to honour prices. Misleading pricing breaches UK consumer law.
@EveryoneActive Scenario: cup of coffee accidentally thrown over customer’s legs and boots by member of staff. Response: to blame the customer! Nice try…. I look forward to a better response!

Carnage @LEGOLANDWindsor today. 50-60 minutes wait times on EVERY ride. Two rides broken down whilst queuing causing extra wait. Unfairness on rides with people being able to stay on! Been here nearly 5 hours and haven’t got on a 4th ride yet!
