Over the course of my career, it became abundantly clear to me that I was really passionate about helping the next generation of athletes.

We will be having a PROGRAM-WIDE zoom meeting on October 13th at 8:15pm with former Big Leaguer, Chris Colabello to discuss our partnership with Pelotero and all the new capabilities it presents heading into this year!

The amount of people arguing over swing mechanics in 2026 is fascinating to me. 16 years ago “Hitting Twitter” became a thing.
Anyone that thinks that concepts or drills that are being replayed - over and over again - are novel, has clearly just not been paying attention.
The fact that people are still arguing over this stuff is baffling to me.
There are differences between cues/feels/thoughts, and what is actually happening. The fact that most people are still intentionally talking about them like they are one and the same makes me scratch my head.

It seems like lots of people are interested in complaining about the state of the game at the amateur level…
If that isn’t obvious at this point, then you’re probably not breathing in air. The real question is though:
How many people are willing to do something about it?
We’ve identified the problem… let’s start doing things to fix it.
If you’re interested, just let us know…
It's hard to be honest with a player about how good they are. What's even harder is watching that player get broken by the system that has lied to him since he was a little kid.
People who care about you will tell you what you NEED to hear.
People who don't will you what you want to hear.

The top of the scale for the Universal Rating System is set by the best in the world.
With players like David Hamilton you can see fast…and we can measure how fast. It’s time for players everywhere to be measured on the same scale.

🎥Can you check the box or not? That’s all that matters.
After that it’s all about consistency…being able to repeat your focus and your outcomes.

Collection days with colleges are extremely fun.
We get to see them realize in real time realize how easy the data capture is plus see how useful the Universal Rating System can be.
We want every coach and player in the world to experience this ⬇️
Ended a great first week with testing and analysis with @PeloteroApp. Awesome day that will result in actionable and digestible data for our guys to work on being the best versions on themselves! @CC20rake @Mike_Olt

There’s a a reason all of the testing for the Universal Rating System is validated with video…
This is a massive issue in the game right now and the reason we are pushing so hard for standardization.

It was super cool to be at the @GetGameChanger event and see the level of talent of these kids. Getting to give them some guidance was really cool as well, as they welcomed information that could help them.
All that being said - their level of talent warranted them being on a field with kids who WERE NOT their age. Pelotero's Rating System can help make sure they're playing against the right competition... always.
A few weeks ago we got the chance to the run the @GetGameChanger 13U scout team through Universal Rating System testing.
These tests are designed to measure the speed at which players can play the game.
