Go to Moab and see Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Rent a Jeep and drive some easy offroad trails or take a Jeep tour. Swing through Monument Valley and see more epic scenery. Have fun!!

I use puff pastry made with butter instead of a piecrust and then the chicken/veggie mixture is homemade with chicken breast, frozen veggies, sautéed onion, chicken broth, and con starch to thicken. Under 30 minutes to make!
