Bradley & Julia also presented a RedTalk presentation to almost 100 attendees. This year, national FCCLA had a record number of youth workshop presentation applications, and being selected for a presentation is a high honor. Their workshop highlighted networking skills.
Paxton attended the national conference as part of his state officer duties. Paxton is serving as the 2026-2027 Nebraska FCCLA Secretary. During the conference, he helped lead 4 sessions - 1 for over 100 members from across the nation, and 3 for Nebraska’s 360 attendees.

Way to go Julia and Bradley! They will get present their session, Building Bridges, at nationals this summer. When we have had students present in the past, they have had over 100 other students at their sessions. Super cool opportunity!!

Julia has completed 3 out of 4 lessons for her FCCLA project. She has taught the kindergarteners about the environment. Her recent lesson with the Kindergarten planted lettuce. At the Family Festival Julia let kids decorate little pots to bring home and plant things in.
Today’s crew for the family festival. Very impressed with the leadership and energy of our FCCLA leaders. With the Teaching Young Learners class they planned today’s activities and called all vendors.
