The raid orchestrated by the Trump Administration is an abhorrent abuse of power. No president should ever use the power of the federal government to threaten, silence, or intimidate political opponents, ever. Federal agencies exist to serve the American people, not to be weaponized against those who speak out and challenge the administration.  ICE continues to operate in our communities with little to no accountability. We cannot let more agencies follow suit or normalize this use of power to silence people.  This administration must be held accountable. The American people deserve answers and transparency.

ICE is out of control. This week, a five year-old child watched ICE shoot his father. Trump's rogue agency has shot more than 43 people in two years, murdering eight. There is no reforming this abhorrent agency. Abolish ICE.

Deporting someone to a country they've never set foot in, with no family, no ties, and no guarantee of safety, is reckless cruelty. The Supreme Court's decision to allow this is deeply heartbreaking & dangerous. We cannot treat human lives like this. I will never stop fighting for basic due process, oversight, and an immigration system that actually respects and honors the rights of EVERY person.
