We're still here! @CFCAPS Careers has been hard at work. Our associates went out into the community to practice their elevator and CAPS pitches recently. We can't believe we captured these photos on Main Street after all the rain we have had. They're doing well! 😊

Two weeks in, and our @CF_CAPS Careers team is--as the associates say these days--"cookin'!" Our associates have become acquainted with our work spaces and each other. This week they engaged in one of our biggest design sprint days yet! Looking forward to the semester ahead!

Today is the 1st day of school for @CF_schools, which means another @CF_CAPS Careers semester has begun! Looking forward to seeing the impact this crew will have our community. Let's goooo! @CFCAPSCareers @NetworkCAPS

Last Wednesday, @CF_CAPS Careers volunteered at The Salvation Army of Waterloo & Cedar Falls. Our team was all over helping with yard work, cleaning furniture, and painting during our Team Time. It felt good to serve and learn more about their meaningful work in the community.

Last week, @cf_caps Careers had an incredibly busy final week. There was something major happening each day. On Tuesday, the associates gave their final speeches for public speaking. It was great to hear about their major takeaways from CAPS this semester.

From idea to impact, the new Cedar Falls pool has a sparger. One of our @CF_CAPS Careers teams created a device that provides a cushion of bubbles to help practicing divers prevent injury and build confidence in their maneuvers. This has been a fun project to watch develop.

We're headed into the final week!!! Over the last couple of weeks, our associates have been sharing their experiences with guests, presenting their speeches, and competing in a local stock market challenge. There's always something cool happening in @CF_CAPS Careers!

There was a lot to celebrate at the CAPS Innovation Celebration on Wednesday. The projects we have had in @CF_CAPS Careers' this year have been unique, challenging, and worthwhile. All of our associates did a great job highlighting their work on April 22nd.

We're still here! The @CF_CAPS Careers team continues to power through this semester. I'm incredibly proud of our associates who keep tackling their responsibilities. We've been naming mascots, reading to students, and presenting to our clients. We are thriving. 😊

It's official. The Tiger's name is... 🐅🐅🐅 Shout out to all of our @CF_CAPS associates who have brought this project to life and brought us thus far. There's still quite a bit of work to do, and we look forward to seeing the tigers next year! 😊
