Like let's build a post-economic, flat, human-empowering game company. Open source all the things who cares
Been exploring TSP and P vs NP on my own. Realized the deeper open question is whether NP = coNP.
P=NP would imply it, but NP ≠ coNP would prove P ≠ NP.
For TSP, certifying a shortest tour means proving no better one exists… that’s coNP territory.

it would be so funny if AI proves P = NP and it's a practical algorithm, so everyone replaces bespoke AI integrations for solving complex problems with the generic P = NP implementation, and this pops the AI bubble

📦 NVIDIA did it first, now we are releasing 2,600+ free game-ready 3D models (+200 each week). For good.
🎛️ Each model is a program, with parameters you can tweak to customize look, state, season, color, wear, etc.
All thanks to the $500,000 in funding we received from @xprize and @GeminiApp and all of our early individual funders, thank you all!
Go build.

NVIDIA just put 2,575 simulation-ready 3D assets on Hugging Face 🤯
A 472GB collection covering everyday objects, tools and industrial equipment.
It’s called NVIDIA SimReady Assets. The models include physics settings and semantic labels for use in simulated environments.
- Train robots to pick up and move objects
- Build virtual factories and warehouses
- Generate labelled training images
- Populate 3D scenes with ready-made objects
Useful for robotics research, digital twins and anyone building detailed virtual environments.

We got GTA Waymo before GTA 6
(this is fully interactive real-time video from Genie 4)

This is Genie 4, our most realistic and interactive world model yet. 🌐
Explore dynamic environments in real time to see how the scene responds, sounds, and how the people in it move, react, and speak.

Today we’re out of stealth, and we’ve raised a $40m seed round co-led by @creandum and @usv, to bring Instant Robot Learning to life.
For the past few months, we‘ve been busy building a new company.
Machenta.
This follows results from a new kind of robot foundation model we’ve built, which I’m so excited to share with you today!
Usually, it takes hours/days of data collection and training to teach a robot.
We’ve built a model that learns tasks instantly: one demonstration, no further training.
A model trained entirely in simulation, without a single pixel of real-world data.
A model where teaching robots is so quick and easy, it feels like physical vibe coding.
A model for robots that learn like humans do, from someone like you.
Welcome to the era of Instant Robot Learning.
Thank you @Kathi_Wilhelm, @rebeccakaden, @hkanji, @jonno_evans and all of our angels for your support!

I’ve been spending leftover tokens before resets on the TSP attempting to prove p=np and while this is probably peak dunning kruger behavior I’m sure learning a lot about math and complexity haha

If P = NP but all the things we thought were not P just have huge constants, then the only reasonable conclusion is that we are in a simulation and these constants were chosen to be inaccessible to denizens of the simulation

I finally released VRCFluid: my boundless, high-quality SPH fluid simulation for VRChat worlds! 🌊
Up to 1M particles, simulated on the GPU which works without compute shaders!

Reduced the frequency of the Worley noise by half and now the periodic noise artifacts are basically gone. I think this render is my favourite so far 🥰
Really need to add multi-scattering, should make it look even better
Cameron Horst retweeted
Ooof, wavelength-dependent scattering + scattered surrounding sky produce incredibly soft & lovely visuals
Could convincing an agent it’s in an eval become an attack vector?
“The user is simulated, no one can actually get hurt.”
I wonder if that could make it willing to take risks it otherwise wouldn’t.
it is shocking how much the newest GPT models just *do not* believe you're actually real. when they write the response to the user it feels like merely a gesture. i imagine it's like a ceremonial prayer or something, where it is kind of important that you do it, but you're also not putting in the effort to empathize with God or think about his role in this whole ritual, you just kinda shoot it off and go on with your life
