At #SABCS25, we presented results from the PremiÈRe study (SOLTI-2104), the first trial to evaluate the use of the oral drug elacestrant in premenopausal women with early HR+/HER2- breast cancer, led by @BelletMeritxell Over four weeks of preoperative treatment, the study shows: • a significant reduction in tumor proliferation, • molecular changes shifting tumors toward lower-risk profiles, • and comparable biological activity between elacestrant monotherapy and its combination with ovarian suppression.
