With 18 A-rated campuses, 88% of campuses earning A or B ratings, and no D or F rated schools, these results reflect incredible dedication in our district. March is National Athletic Training Month, a time to recognize the incredible athletic trainers who work behind the scenes to keep Texas athletes safe and strong. From high school fields to college arenas, these professionals play a vital role in protecting student athletes and helping them reach their full potential. The young athletes they care for today may very well be Texas’ future Olympians, and their work makes those dreams possible.
Congratulations to the Texas State Athletic Trainers’ Association on 25 years of supporting athletes across Texas. #TSATA #NationalAthleticTrainingMonth

Spring high school sport coaches- the dumbest thing you can do is run sprints to “get in shape”. Sprints are to get fast and the volume of general running is already drastically increased. In week 1, less is more unless your goal is getting kids hurt. Practice IS conditioning. – at Reading, MA
