Unless you have supernatural abilities, you cannot tell with 100% certainty how much work you're going to finish.
You can estimate, plan, and have a best-case scenario, but variability exists in everything.
Forecasting always comes with some uncertainty, include it in the plan.
ALT Forecasting is uncertain, use flow metrics to help you forecast more certainly
