you dont make peoples lives better by forcing them to pay into your ponzi schemes.
you make their lives better removing barriers preventing them from living free, including the stuff you dont approve of.
socialism is not compatible with american liberty.
The argument is mute because it's already been established that libertarian voters are always more likely to vote Republican, in the absence of a libertarian candidate.
I think there's more than enough evidence to suggest she's actually a leftist plant inside of the libertarian party.
It's the same playbook being used around the country to siphon off would-be Republican voters.

Stop typing and start taking human action.
Stop fighting with quotes from dead people and run for office.
Stop pointing fingers and look at yourself in the mirror.
Stop complaining about your government and fight.

The Libertarian Party is founded on the idea that you should never initiate force or fraud against another. Inherent in this is the idea that consent must be clear, informed, and ongoing.
You cannot rightly consent if you're intoxicated, coerced, or too young.
While it's true that there are many who wish to remove government from every aspect of our lives, including the law, that does not mean people wish to allow murder, rape, theft, and other horrible violations of liberty.
That includes statutory rape and those who prey on the incapacitated - because consent must be clear, informed, and ongoing.
Under any just system - with or without a state, the vulnerable must be protected from predators who would do them harm.

We reject the views of LPSF as irrational and repugnant. We call on all LPSF libertarians to stand for the protection of children and run these libertines out of the party. The SF account does not represent the philosophy or principles of the Libertarian Party in any way.

We stand with LP Fresno in condemning the LPSF’s bizarre comments as against Libertarian principles and call on other affiliates to do the same.

LP members bring their children to our events and conventions.
These degenerates must not have ANY place in this party.
There should be NO place amongst us or our children for these demons.

Do you understand what pedophilia is?
It's sexual attraction to children who haven't reached puberty. It's not an action.
What's criminalized is the act of child sexual abuse, not pedophilia.
Few things are more unlibertarian than creating thought crimes, criminalizing desire.

There is a total PR disaster right now for the LP. As a state board member, I can’t even get @LPofCal to call a meeting to discuss it. And @LPNational has ignored the thread about it started by @StevenNekhaila. Not to mention

The @LPCO has reverted back to running idiot spoiler candidates again. Won't they ever learn?
The Libertarian party candidate for Congress wants hookers and cocaine bars in Aspen to bring in "high-class tourism".
And in Colorado, people will vote for him.

Question for libertarians:
There are more than twice as many libertarian voters in America as there are Somali Americans.
One group has a congresswoman, state senators, and city council seats.
The other has a debate about whether voting violates the NAP.
What's your excuse?

Wtaf.
Anyone agreeing with this goes straight in the woodchipper.
This kind of "libertarian" needs to be kept far, FAR, from the party. Y'all should know there is a faction within the party fighting back again this irrational, repugnant and disgusting rhetoric.

Libertarian anarchists don't believe in any laws, so of course they/we don't believe in "age of consent" laws either.
Even non-anarchist Libertarians typically feel decisions about when to do adult things should be between young people and their parents/guardians, not the State.

I am on the board of LPCA- I wrote an email this morning to our public list. The only person who responded only did so to attack ME for saying anything against it. I urge people to read this thread about the SF posts:

Lp San Francisco came out today in support of pedophiles. One member on LPCalifornia spoke out and another member said he supported free speech. This party is broken. There is nothing left of use for the liberty movement.

About a week ago, the Ohio LP had to disavow Zach Hall, who they had elected as Chair of their Central Committee, after a video of him sexually abusing a cat was made public. This is not a political party that can be salvaged.

The LNC and @LPNational should disassociate from Jonathan Miller and make a public statement condemning his actions immediately.
When people try to fill their empty lives with politics, this is what happens. And when you have an organization that is desperate for candidates/volunteers/members, you end up with people like this who are not mentally well, are attention seeking, and have no business participating in a "serious" organization.
The LP is not a social club, and *especially with political candidates* there should be a stronger vetting process or dare I say PURITY TEST to make sure our best people and messengers are the ones reflecting our values as candidates.

This is why the libertarian party isn't as viable as they claim when leftists keep infiltrating the party
