For new freehold homes, Tarion deposit protection is capped at $100,000. Not every dollar you hand over is guaranteed.

In Saskatoon, there is a 92% approval for bylaw variance applications before the Development Appeal Board. Since the former Chairman was also working for the Saskatoon & Region Homebuilders Association, it’s not that surprising especially when members ask for variance.
