When I first started coaching, I wasn’t thinking about milestones like this.
200 wins represent the players who trusted me, the assistant coaches who invested their time, the front office staffs, and the organizations that believed in me.
Coaching has never been about the number. It’s about building relationships, helping young men grow, and leaving people better than you found them.
Grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey. Here’s to continuing to learn, lead, and serve.

We’re coming to the end of our Coastal Plain League Tyler Talk Tour & it’s hard to describe what these TT’s have done for us too…sitting in locker rooms & talking about #mentalhealth w/ players who want & need to take care of their MH is very powerful; it’s also emotional & raw. These men open up their hearts & share their stories w/ us. They understand how much they & their MH matter & we’re grateful to play a small part in their journey. Thank you @WilsonTobs for a beautiful afternoon, you’re an AWESOME group & we’re taking your hope & love w/ us as we travel to Virginia tomorrow. Always remember: you don’t need a tragedy to ask for help! ♥️♥️♥️ #pleasestay #hope #3for3Challenge #mentalhealthmatters

We spent yesterday afternoon w/ the Holly Springs Salamanders of the Coastal Plain League & we’re continuously amazed by these players & coaches; they’re engaged & truly care about each other. Salamander Coach Brian Roundtree sets an excellent example of competing while also taking care of your #mentalhealth. Heading to Wilson, NC now, Virginia Tuesday & finishing up in Georgia next week. ♥️♥️♥️ #hope #pleasestay #youmatter

Thank you Lexington Blowfish & Boone Bigfoots for having H3H in for a Tyler Talk. Our conversations w/ the Coastal Plain League teams are some of our favorite conversations w/ student-athletes. Heading to Florence now to meet w/ the Flamingos & we’ll finish off June w/ the Greenville Yard Gnomes; we’ll start up again in July w/ the rest of the CPL teams. Strength isn’t always physical & your promises to take care of your #mentalhealth gives us #hope🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️⚾️

Today, our team had the privilege to listen and be part of a moving and impactful “Tyler Talk” from @HilinskisHope.
The foundation’s mission is to educate, advocate, and remove the stigma associated with mental illness for student athletes.
Was an honor to have them stop by.
