My daughter suggested that we should go to the My Chemical Romance concert with her as Goth and me as Emo Dad. So, with her makeup assistance, we did.
Did not see this coming, but does this make my day! I-L-L!!! Bowl eligibility has reentered the conversation!!!
#Illini
I’m bursting with pride to be a part of this evening’s festivities honoring 50 years of
Kalamazoo College tennis excellence. My four years spent playing at @kcollege was the defining experience of my life.
One of my favorite college teammates is gone. Billy V had a heart of gold and the courage of a lion. He was always as much a gentleman as he was a fierce competitor. I’ll miss you, my dear friend. Rest in peace. 🙏
I’ll take “things that will never happen” for a thousand, Alex.

They’re giving me 90 minutes of interrupted time to speak in this huge, beautiful auditorium tonight. I sure hope people show up for the event. My voice will echo like mad if this place is empty! 😬😉
We #Illini are practically huggable?! 😳😊
Following @gatadata88's lead who did the same with the SEC...

My wife and I always spend one fall weekend taking in the colors, and this year’s trip even involved a little impromptu mountain-climbing be me. 🏔️ 🍁
Today was another joyful experience as I received the Stephen H. Schulman Outstanding Business Lawyer Award. My wife joined me for the occasion, and one of my old Kalamazoo College roommates, Dan Minkus, presented the award to me. All in all, a perfect day! 😊
@kcollege
The #Illini play two of the worst teams in the Big Ten today and next Saturday. Take care of business and bowl eligibility is easily within reach. Let’s get it done!
After a VERY long week, we finally have the opportunity to go exploring. Look at the landmark we just discovered! 😳
The beautiful weather has prompted a huge number of worshipers to join us for our Sunday church service today. God is good! 🙏
Great seats for today’s Michigan State game, but not much to see from the #Spartans so far. 😑

That choice is Profit’s loss. 😉

Even the Fourth Third wasn’t worthy of the #Tigers home. Only the Fifth Third was valuable enough to earn the honor. The Sixth Third would have been too much. After all, nobody wants a ballpark simply called “Two.” 🤷♂️
On behalf of my entire usher team, I wish you a blessed Sunday. It may be raining outside, but it’s warm and comfortable here in our church.
Today was truly special. I received the Frank J. Kelley Distinguished Public Service Award from the State Bar of Michigan, and my wife and my colleagues from Ven Johnson Law were there to share the moment with me. #blessed
