CPM hosted the ICOM INTERCOM Annual Conference 2026 (24–25 Oct), bringing global experts together to discuss museums, climate change, digital transformation and AI. Shriji Huzur Dr. @lakshyarajmewar warmly welcomed the delegates, upholding Mewar’s tradition of hospitality.

The Exhibition celebrates the diverse lives, traditions, identities, and aspirations of women in Mewar through textiles, embroidery, Mandana, and contemporary art. The exhibition explores women’s roles as creators, narrators, and custodians of living heritage.

The CPM announces its upcoming international exhibition titled, Early Photography and Archaeology in Western India: The Udaipur Chapter, presented in partnership with the British Library and CSMVS. The exhibition was originally developed with the support of the British Council.

Maharana Karan Singh is remembered for his contributions to the development of Udaipur and the Mewar region. During his reign, he supported administrative and economic improvements, encouraged trade, renovated important temples, and undertook extensive construction.

आईकॉम इंडिया वार्षिक कॉन्फ्रेंस 2026 का शुभारंभ सिटी पैलेस संग्रहालय, उदयपुर में हुआ। "बदलते समय में संग्रहालय और समुदाय" विषय पर आयोजित सम्मेलन में श्रीजी हुजूर @lakshyarajmewar ने संग्रहालयों को समाज, संस्कृति और समुदाय को जोड़ने वाला सशक्त माध्यम बताया।
