Busy day showing a student from @CAVC the ins and outs of a day in the life of #biomechanics here @cardiffmet. From calibrating our @vicon system, to data collection using 3D motion capture, force plates and @IMeasureU IMUs, to processing in Nexus and @cmotioninc Visual 3D.

Undergraduate dissertations are fully underway with some impressive setups. Examples include using both our @Vicon and @Codamotion systems to explore passing skills in rugby and landings within gymnastics #Biomechanics
