#First #interethnic basket tournament since the war. Fostering #dialogue through #sport in #NorthMitrovica, #Kosovo. Thank you @ItalyinKosovo!
ALT Despite the heavy rains, over 50 participants from all communities and backgrounds in North Kosovo met for a peaceful sport event in the Bosniac Settlement on Sunday, for a one-in-kind inter-ethnic event in a period of incredibly tense political dynamics. Thank you all, and in particular the courage of the North Mitrovica Municipality and NM Municipal Assembly!
This year the #MSN #MediationSupportNetwork met in #Ghana, hosted by #WANEP, to shed a light on African efforts to respond peacefully to conflicts.

Had the pleasure of visiting the “Education Center for Communities of North #Mitrovica” run by CSSP and supported by @ItalyMFA_int. Understanding local needs and backing confidence building among Communities is crucial for the much needed reconciliation process in #Kosovo
