Very sad. RIP Heidi.
Very sad to hear about recent death of Heidi Burge Horton, who played with sister Heather for @UVAWomensHoops from 1989-93 & went to 3 Final Fours with @dawnstaley. So fun to watch the Burge twins with those great Cavs teams. Heidi battled cancer (glioblastoma) for past year. ...

WNBA Playoffs on ABC vs Sunday NFL Dallas! …if You Build it THEY will come! Keep building it ESPN and others.
2.1M for Fever-Aces Game 1 on Sunday on ABC. Solid number against the NFL/Cowboys, and ABC’s highest for a WNBA playoff game.
What a thrill in my life to meet Gloria Steinem while making Title IX “37 Words” film with Dawn Porter and BJK! RIP Gloria

One of Dolly Parton’s most cross cultural collaborations was Peace Train her 1996 recording with South African choir Ladysmith Black Mambazo
The more that I see about this remarkable woman, the more impressed I am
What a huge loss her passing is to the world, she gave so much 🥺🥺

Today we remember Dolly Parton and the incredible legacy she leaves behind🤍🧡
Pat was always proud of Dolly and everything she accomplished. They were two Tennessee women who came from humble beginnings, worked incredibly hard and became legends in completely different worlds. Even with all of their success, they never forgot where they came from or the people around them.
Dolly’s legacy goes so far beyond music. She gave back, opened doors, brought joy to millions and used her success to make a difference in the lives of other people. She made Tennessee proud and her impact will be felt for generations. 🤍🦋🧡

Thanks for sharing. I have always been eager to see WBB succeed. Let's keep talking and solving issues along the way. #together
The WNBA has a big officiating problem. Carol Stiff, the person who ran ESPN’s coverage of women’s basketball for 28 years, has written an op-ed for @usatodaysports on how to fix it. (No paywall.)

I was at the game as well. Watching WNBA President Val Ackerman toss up the ceremonial first jump ball! It was a pleasure to be on the ESPN Programming team that managed the WNBA property for 25 Years! Pushing for more and more exposure. #dropthemic
