In Rockingham County, our workshop reminded us what classrooms can be: loud with thinking, rich with choice, and built on community. Teachers left excited to spark student talk, offer choices, use stations, build ownership, and focus on students thinking and not just the answer.

What a week! We started every session from one premise: the smartest person in the room is the room, and it paid off. So many ideas shared; so grateful for the collaborative work and new relationships. Educators everywhere ready to #ChangeTheStory next week!

Skip spent yesterday in Loudoun County talking Math Workshop and student‑centered learning. That's when he realized Math Workshop is basically Buc‑ee’s. Intentional design. Choice. Energy. Purpose. Independence. Great classrooms and great road‑trip stops have a lot in common!
