SHOCKING TESTIMONY Before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, Jeffrey Lax (@cuny_prof ) a long-time CUNY Law Professor & Department Chairperson, testified that he and other Jewish faculty faced multiple targeted attacks from Marxist faculty members, PSC labor union members, and CUNY Administrators. For more than a decade of speaking out against antisemitism and all forms of hate and serving on multiple executive committees within the CUNY system, Professor Lax explained the hostile work environment that Jewish faculty at CUNY face and that he was explicitly targeted. This will shock to your core. These include retaliatory investigations targeting Jewish faculty, de@th threats, being held against his will in a room by Activist Marxist Professors, Jews denied teaching and administrative jobs and promotions, Jewish faculty being denied access to various faculty and union groups, labor union meetings held specifically on Sabbath to deny access to Sabbath observant Jews, a former CAIR Minnesota director and BDS Leader Saly Abd Alla being hired by the CUNY Chancellor Felix Matos Rodriguez to serve as the Chief DEI Officer to “investigate” Jewish incidents at CUNY, and more. @edworkforcecmte @thejusticedept @realleoterrell @edsecmcmahon @republicans @repclaudiatenney @nysenatorweber @assemblymanjeffreydinowitz @repmikelawler @repritchie @repdesposito @govkathyhochul @bruceblakemanforgovernor @newyorkgop @nydems @nypost @foxnews @washingtonfreebeacon @news12 @nydailynews @jewishpress @thefreepress @thecollegefix @thejerusalem_post @algemeiner @newsmax

I was shocked to learn that @jdakwar, a self-described human rights lawyer and head of the Human Rights Program for the ACLU was the agitated man at the New York USCCR hearing where I testified on Wednesday who demanded that my answer must be either "yes" or "no" to whether boycotts were legal (video below). For me, a lawyer who understands human rights law, it would have been dishonest to answer yes or no when neither response was a competent, truthful, or accurate answer to the question. But Dakwar spent immense energy trying to prevent me from answering honestly. Most boycotts are perfectly legal. Some are not legal and NYS law clearly says so in its Human Rights Law. That is not a yes or no answer. But Dakwar went a step further. He falsely declared that all boycotts were legal and that I did not know the law. When I was finally allowed to speak without Dakwar cutting me off, I introduced him to NYS Exec Law § 296(13) (NYS's Discriminatory Boycott law), attached here. It explains that Boycotts are unlawful when they discriminate based on protected characteristics such as race, creed, color, national origin and a number of other protected characteristics. So Dakwar was either being untruthful about Boycott law or was genuinely ignorant about the Human Rights Law in New York State, where he is admitted to practice law. Either way, I'm just not sure that this is a person qualified to be the head of Human Rights Programs at the ACLU, or to practice or teach in this area (he is a professor on two CUNY campuses). I do know that Dakwar owes the general public an apology for his antics at the hearing. And he really should learn our human rights laws. The head of ACLU Human Rights cannot be allowed to continue to think that large organizations or the government can boycott products or services because they are sold by black people. Or gay people. Or Muslim people. Or Italian people. Or any protected class. That is unacceptable. Some boycotts discriminate. New York makes them illegal, as they should be.

“The PACs that I'm a part of are winning a lot of races.” “When I think about building power, I think about brothers like Abdul El-Sayed.” “We are building political influence in cities across America.” Linda Sarsour implies she’s pulling the strings behind super PACs supporting Abdul El-Sayed, Darializa Avila Chevalier, Adam Hamawy and several DSA candidates. If that's true, what else is she hiding?

I'm terrified of a red-green alliance through a blue tidal wave on Nov 3. But I heard @RepLauraGillen speak in person tonight. It was impassioned, unapologetically hugely supportive of the Jewish people, and deeply emotional when she spoke of 10/7. @LauraAGillen won me over. I'm convinced that she's part of the solution, not the problem, on that side of the aisle.

Replying to @JDVance
@JDVance - a question, not a hit piece. From the cousin you have not met yet and I really would like an answer, since I have researched our family lines for 27 years and done everything in my power to accentuate the life of our Ancestor and our people in Kentucky! I think I deserve one here young man. Tucker Carlson has spent the last year as one of the loudest critics of this administration. He has called the Iran conflict a betrayal that diminished American power, mocked the president as “buffoonish,” labeled aspects of the policy treasonous, and argued that Republicans are choosing a foreign country’s priorities over their own voters. He has not directed that fire at you. In fact he has said the opposite: that if you were president the war with Iran would not have happened, and that he considers you honest, smart, and decent even while he hammers the rest of the administration. You have publicly kept the friendship, acknowledged disagreements (including over his criticism of the president), and refused to throw him under the bus. That is the plot. Carlson has turned the current foreign-policy record into his central indictment of “MAGA not delivered.” He has exempted you from it. You have treated the exemption as personal loyalty rather than a political problem that needs a clearer public line. Why the exemption? And why the continued public protection of a critic whose main argument is that the administration you serve has already failed its own standard on the issue that defines the moment? Is your loyalty to Carlson more than your loyalty to the President who put you in the White House? You are the Vice President, your commitment is to the Trump Administration and to the American people who voted him in. Not to Tucker Carlson, you are hurting yourself, cousin. No one has hurt J.D. politically more than J.D, has hurt J.D. You cannot afford to be loyal to a man who does everything in his power to destroy the President. Does the same standard of loyalty apply to the president you took an oath to serve, or does the “not worthy of the vice presidency” line only cover friends who attack him? I ask this out of deep concern for you, and for our Nation.

At today's US Commission on Civil Rights briefing, I was accused of testifying to protect the State of Israel. My answer: I have not said one word in this meeting about protecting the State of Israel. Being Jewish and Zionist is part of who I am, and that wouldn't change no matter who controlled the state. That identity is what civil rights law protects. One panelist tried to play a sneaky BDS gotcha game with me. Spoiler: It didn't end well for him.

A new national poll, which has gone largely unreported, finds that a majority of young Americans are unsure whether Israel should exist. Why Jews and Israelis should take this disturbing development seriously. I explain in my latest @Algemeiner - algemeiner.com/2026/10/21/ma…

I’ve kept my mouth shut for a long time about #meangirl @megynkelly. She used to be one of my closest friends and then she ghosted me after she endorsed @andrewcuomo for mayor and I told her she broke my heart. Her comments about @1capplegate are disgusting. Having #MS for over 20 years, she knows how long it took for doctors to diagnose me. I think Christina is brave for telling the truth and I’m grateful she became a voice for so many of us. I will have much more to say about this when I’m well enough. I’ve been sick for several weeks in and out of the hospital but when I’m well enough I will comment more. realitytea.com/2026/10/21/me…

100% true @realBrandonGill and this is only the succinct X warning. The horrifying full list of what they want to do to America goes on for pages and is existentially scary.
I can tell you exactly what will happen if Democrats regain power: They will use your money to fly deported illegal aliens back to America and pay them settlements. They will re-open our borders and ship millions of foreign people to any community they want. And they won't stop until America becomes an unrecognizable country.

When will the @RJC wake up, find their spine, and represent the actual views of their membership by finally condemning and pulling their support for @JDVance? It's all well and good to condemn El-Sayed. With you. Have the courage to do the right thing and dump Vance, too.
Abdul El-Sayed "is dangerous for the Jewish people and dangerous for America." Listen to lifelong Jewish Democrats in Michigan who are REJECTING El-Sayed:
