States may continue to administer CDL skills tests to out-of-state applicants, and CDL applicants aren't required to wait 14 days after getting a CLP before taking the CDL skills test, under two temporary waivers extended by @FMCSA. Learn more here:

American Truck Training is providing immediate assistance to students impacted by CDL University's closure. With a receipt from CDL University showing you have already paid $2,500 down, ATT will deduct $2,500 from CDL training costs.
