@Ryanair Four hour delay from Marrakech to Malaga tonight. 46° outside, no air con due to tech problems. Passengers jumping ship, near chaos on board, but the cabin crew and pilots were superb. They made the unbearable, bearable, handled it all with care and humour, the only way!

Absolutely agree. HMRC has allowed non compliance to go unchecked, knowing the data it was gathering would allow it to fish out taxpayers and recover unpaid tax at some point in the future. It’s against the ethos of ‘helping people to get it right’, it’s a ‘fishnet’ mentality

@lionheart_jon HMRC dropped the distinction between avoidance and evasion years ago. It’s various shades of avoidance now, the organised genre leads to jail terms, but please don’t call that ‘evasion’ it’s misleading, or rather it leads people to believe there is a safe zone.
