History shows that attempts to reason with the unreasonable are rarely more than an exercise in futility. However, I have seen it happen. Therefore, I admire those who care enough to try. 🖖
Happy Halloween everyone! As usual, I’m spending it with my family. Hope everyone’s having a great Halloween 2024!
“When sparks fly, robots die!”
Heavyweight 250 lb. combat robots (as seen on the hit #DiscoveryChannel TV series @BattleBots) going at each other this past weekend at #RoboGames in San Jose.
“Huge hit there Kenny!”

Not for those of us who have known for a VERY long time that #AI was an absolute certainty …a half-century before #ExMachina. It was only a matter of time.
#ScienceFiction consistently becomes #Reality. That’s often NOT a good thing.

Am I the only #guitarist that hates changing a set of strings, or is that normal? 🤔
Either way, I’ve been putting it off long enough … so “I’m going in!” 😎

Fun fact: You can see the moon in front of the sun during a #SolarEclipse in the shadow of: leaves, any object with small holes in it or even in the shadow of your fist (if you let just a bit of light in)…
WHO’S UP FOR A SNOWBALL FIGHT?
I live in the Central Valley of CA. Usually it’s in the 70s and 80s here by early April.
This isn’t up in the High Sierras. This is just 17 miles from my house (in the nearby canyon where I usually ride my ebike)!
A rare treat this morning.
So William, what do you think of this?

Music’s often a reflection of the times and societies in which they are created.
I often bemoan the decline in writing quality (films, shows, publications, etc) and express concerns with the rising levels of selfishness, anger and extremism.
So this comes as no surprise. 😔
I’m listening to music on YouTube without watching and a great blusey Hard #Rock song comes on. I wonder who it is? Then came the vocals & there’s no doubt. I wondered how I missed such a great #Ozzy tune? It’s brand new! With #BillyIdol’s two guitarists. youtu.be/n0Wwk6A0jFs?si=vzj7…
In other words, the other Star Trek prequels weren’t bad enough.

As a teen in the 70’s, #BlueOysterCult was one of my favorite American #HardRock bands, but I found their lyrics to be cryptic, to say the least. Always wondered what a Diz-Buster was? After reading dozens of comments, I’m sorry I asked! @Rich_Castellano youtu.be/ta5pgK4Msx4?si=YE58…
