If the government enforced the law against every every hempster who’s filed fraudulent reports or blocked our account, they would basically eradicate illegal Chinese marijuana, synthetic THC vapes, and a bunch of Rand Paul’s PAC donors.

A California sheriff says 60% of illegal cannabis growers he encounters in one subdivision are Chinese nationals. That single neighborhood may produce over $2 billion a year.
Siskiyou County’s Shasta Vista, beneath Mount Shasta, went from empty lots in 2017 to thousands of plastic hoop houses by 2021. Deeds often list Chinese names living out of state, LLC buyers, and money wired from China.
Raids keep finding banned Chinese-labeled pesticides that have burned and sickened first responders. Workers are recruited on WeChat, then work off debts. Water is stolen. Neighbors report shootings, robberies, and kidnappings.
The sheriff has 62 officers for 6,300 square miles. Unlicensed cultivation is often a misdemeanor. Growers rebuild after every raid.
When a criminal operation this large runs openly for nearly a decade, is it still an enforcement problem, or a policy failure?
JUST IN: Chinese nationals are accused of operating a massive $2 billion illegal marijuana network in Northern California.

Their hemp is mostly out of state marijuana.
Shut them all down and give Texans a real cannabis program, not a hemp loophole used to offload Oklahoma Chinese farm weed and west coast excess marijuana supply.

If you ignore the fraud happening under the 2018 Farm Bill hemp loophole with illegal cartel marijuana and synthetic THC laundered as hemp, used to lobby against legalization in states like FL, and then you start selling THCa hemp flower, we’re not having the same conversation.
You ever see THCa hemp flower with a shelf life of almost 2 years?
This High Times hemp THCa pack is best by August 2027!

Hi. I would be more than willing to donate to a legal fund to go after the federal government for their inaction on cannabis reform. I think @realDonaldTrump had his heart in the right place but like the democrats he can’t pull off rescheduling. Courts should decide.

Proof that marijuana is being laundered as hemp and coded as random items in the registers of these unregulated stores.
“CIGS” and “taxable” line items for THCa “hemp” flower products that test as schedule 1 marijuana.
The entire premise of the 2018 Farm Bill hemp language is a fraud.
Zero industrial hemp products, only synthetic THC and illegal marijuana laundered as hemp by the billions.
Why is marijuana still illegal if you’re just going to allow it to be sold as hemp in unregulated stores for years and act ignorant?

Since U.S. Hemp Roundtable is backing the plaintiffs in the Ohio lawsuit against the emergency hemp rules, I’d like to point out to @RecoveringPol and @GovMikeDeWine what was recently purchased in Oxford, Ohio.
Intoxicating “hemp” THCa flower, which tested as marijuana, coded as “CIGS” and “Taxable” line items on the receipt.
Unregulated marijuana and intoxicating THC “hemp” products are being openly advertised & laundered as 2018 Farm Bill hemp & not even properly coded in the point-of-sale systems.
These actions are wrongheaded and illegal.
This is the case all over America’s gas stations, smoke shops, and convenience stores.
Multiple studies show unregulated marijuana sold as hemp often contains pesticides, mold, and heavy metals.
This is an assault on regulations, the rule of law, and consumer safety regarding cannabis products.
The hemp fraud must be exterminated.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!

Fentanyl Is a Crisis—But So Is the Misinformation Coming From "Dr. Kevin Sabet"
Dr. Kevin Sabet—who holds a doctorate in public policy, not medicine—has made a career out of trafficking in fear, distortion, and contradiction. His latest call to elevate the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) correctly identifies fentanyl as a crisis. But what he leaves out—yet again—is more telling than what he says. He says nothing about the booming market of unregulated, intoxicating hemp-derived synthetics now sold legally in corner stores across America, directly to kids, under the very loophole created by the 2018 Farm Bill.
That silence isn’t accidental—it’s strategic. Sabet’s political playbook depends on conflating regulated cannabis with the illicit drug trade, deliberately obscuring the real threats so he can keep fighting the same old war, long after public opinion and scientific consensus have moved on.
Prohibitionist Misinformation Is His Business Model
Let’s not pretend Sabet is a neutral public health advocate. He runs a prohibitionist advocacy group funded by dark money and lives off government grants and scare campaigns. He talks about shrinking government, but his entire career has been about expanding it—through punitive drug policy, bloated enforcement budgets, and moral panic.
He’s never built a business. He’s never created jobs. He’s never generated taxable revenue. He doesn’t support an age-gated, tested, regulated, and controlled supply of cannabis—even as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has published 253 pages supporting its medical benefits and low addiction potential. And yet he positions himself as a credible voice on cannabis, even as licensed, tax-paying operators in 24 legal states create thousands of jobs and drive billions in economic activity.
The irony is this: the very “Dismantle the Administrative State” crowd that Sabet panders to should be outraged. His parasitic existence, built on federal funds and fear-mongering, is exactly the kind of bloated, unelected policymaking that initiatives like DOGE claim they want to eliminate.
So why give him a bigger megaphone now?
The Real Threat: Synthetic Intoxicants Masquerading as Hemp
While Sabet rails against cannabis reform, gas stations and vape shops across the country are selling high-potency, synthetic THC products like Delta-8 and HHC—often without ID checks, lab testing, or age restrictions. These aren’t regulated marijuana products. They’re lab-created drugs exploiting a legal loophole that neither the Trump nor Biden administrations have had the political will to close.
Where is Sabet’s outrage? Where is his demand for enforcement? Where is his campaign to inform parents about this real-time threat?
What Serious Drug Policy Requires
If ONDCP is to be relevant again, it needs to focus on today’s drug landscape—not 1990s talking points. That means:
Closing the 2018 Farm Bill loophole that enables intoxicating synthetic THC to be sold unchecked.
Rescheduling cannabis federally, allowing regulation by potency and form—just like alcohol.
Protecting legal, licensed cannabis operators from being undercut by illicit and quasi-legal sellers.
Targeting real bad actors, including those trafficking synthetic THC under the false banner of “hemp.”
Defunding fear-based policy entrepreneurship and redirecting resources toward data-driven prevention and enforcement.
Dr. Sabet has spent his entire career standing in the way of drug policy evolution while pretending to speak for public health. It’s time the public—and policymakers—recognized the con. If we want to solve the fentanyl crisis and build a smarter, safer regulatory framework, we need leaders focused on facts, not fear. And we need to stop listening to people who make a living off prohibition.

A CALL TO ACTION:
#MSOGang needs to channel its entire energy into propagating the truth about the intoxicating hemp scam.
It has been 6+ years since the 2018 Farm Bill hemp loophole, and marijuana is still a schedule 1 drug in the United States.
ASK YOURSELVES THIS:
If politicians really wanted marijuana to stay illegal, as they claim it is the devil's lettuce, why have they allowed synthetic marijuana in the form of hemp-derived cannabinoids vapes and moldy weed sold as THCa to exist for 6+ years via the 2018 Farm Bill hemp loophole?
Why can I "legally" buy hemp THCa flower, but when I get pulled over, it tests positive as schedule 1 marijuana and I go to jail?
"Legal" to sell, illegal to possess.
We have seen the destruction of the state-legal & regulated cannabis market via the flood of these unregulated and synthetic hemp-derived marijuana products sold in gas stations, smoke shops, and corner stores.
We have seen the intoxicating hemp lobby (AHAA) go against Amendment 3 / adult-use cannabis in Florida, while lobbying for synthetic cannabinoid loopholes, so their nasty vapes can be sold in gas stations and smoke shops.
They propagandized false information to change voter sentiment and kill adult-use marijuana at the ballot box in Florida.
We've had ZERO federal reform on the issue marijuana legalization since the 2018 Farm Bill.
At the same time, the hemp loophole has remained untouched, despite multiple publications, studies, and articles highlighting the dangers of the unregulated hemp-derived intoxicating cannabinoid market.
Intoxicating hemp is the useful idiot of marijuana prohibitionists.
