yeah turns out i was smoking something strong, reworked the ENTIRE build to be a roamer support the item CDR on Violet's 1 is insane and makes her a solid support option PLUS the free stun in her kit makes her an ideal roamer, here's a build that does both (fully annotated)

The permanent buffs are FIXED per character! These are not changed by build and there are some weird ones in here (Viscous gives Spirit Power, Mina gives Weapon Damage) Target Spirit Power and Health heroes for maximum value!
