What design software are people using these days? I was using Claude Design over the past several months and loved it, but then swapped over to Codex just to kind of see where it's at and there's no equivalent. I was going to try OpenDesign, but there's two different marketing sites that surface from that and I'm not sure which one is legit.
There's opendesigner.io which looks like the actual open source project and then there's open-design.ai, which is linked from the GitHub project, but it looks more akin to a freemium model.
I loved this site. It was the pinnacle of design at time. I used to try recreating parts of it, but I sucked at flash and actionscript. This was back when sites had a little embedded mp3 player.
Going back and redoing the website for learnrailshotwire.com, which I kinda powered through in an effort to get things done. I like these CSS transforms based on the position of the cursor.
Great overview of how its done here: teapawt.org/akella/status/15844735…
🪄 CSS Blending Decompilation 🪄
Here is how @linear created a cool animated component with 10 (!) blending functions and just a couple lines of JS.

I desperately need a better monitor for design. Sold my old LG 5k and bought a big 43" 4K Dell because I wanted something that wasn't so wide. Seems like wide and expensive is the only realistic option: Dual 27" Apple Studio Displays, but the reviews are kinda bad.
I think I would describe Pigeon Forge as Family Vegas with bumper to bumper traffic and hour long wait times designed by four sentient 1997 Aerostar minivans in a parking lot filled with senior citizens.
Just noticed @github still has an icon for Fluid app in their source code. That's a throwback! Difficult to tell from the site if it's maintained, but looks like you can still purchase it fluidapp.com
