💔 Sad time.
Two days ago while we were evacuating people from Kramatorsk we discovered Ksenia’s house had been destroyed by Russian drones.
Just a house we could say…. It was not just a house, what was achieved out of this building is amazing.
Ksenia is an animal volunteer as many of you know and while she was bringing in new animals from the front and organising for animals to be moved to a safer place in Ukraine and beyond she was doing this from the basement and a couple of other locations.
Numerous animal organisations have used this house for their operations too.
From Twitter @penpushermakar asked me if I could help rescue her dog Tori from Kupainsk and on my travels Tori lived in this house for a few days before heading to her new life in Latvia.
While Ksenia was working in the basement, her husband was working on the top floor 3D printing for military operations with multiple printers and circuit board etchers.
It was here we would print profiles and attachments for drones and other things for SOF into the night often standing on the balcony looking for shahed and explosions from the view while sharing stories.
The middle floor was recreational where we met with the military personnel who had just come back from dangerous parts of the front like Chasiv Yar, Lyman, Toretsk and Pokrovsk directions.
I met @AprilHuggett here a few times and @RimaFellaria came here to see our 3d printing too.
This is also where I slept while in Kram.
It is crazy to think of the many more things achieved by other organisations in this house I’ve not included in this post.
Kramatorsk is in crisis right now, we must help as much as possible before Russia wipes all cities off the map.

Mom Eclipse: On October 23, staff reported that Eclipse greeted them at the front of her kennel, was easy to leash, and walked nicely on a loose leash.

When volunteer coordinator Janet sat with her, she began to understand why. "Bella had learned that when people stand up, they leave and don't come back," Janet explained. "So when I started to get up, she panicked." The moment Janet began to rise from her chair, Bella wrapped her paws around Janet's arm and began trembling uncontrollably, as if she was experiencing her worst fear coming true. "She was shaking so hard, and she wouldn't let go of my arm," Janet remembered. "I could feel her desperation through her grip." Janet sat back down and spent another hour with Bella, who gradually stopped trembling but kept hold of her arm. "That's when I realized Bella wasn't clingy - she was traumatized," Janet said. "Every goodbye had taught her that love doesn't last." Janet adopted Bella that day, determined to show her that some people stay. "Clinginess is just love that's afraid to be left behind," Janet reflected.
