Y’all. We are literally witnessing a coup attempt going on live in Brazil. Bolsonaro is losing the election badly, so his people in state and local leadership are grounding flights, canceling public transportation going to Lula strongholds. Massive voter suppression. Supreme Court had to intervene to mandate 2hrs extra at the polls. Mixed reports on how many polling stations are respecting the ruling. Whew!

1. An election denier setting the stage for another round of some b.s. stolen election narrative.
2. An operative working for or against a candidate.

Very excited we can announce this: NBC will be live for **13 hours** on Election Night/overnight, starting at 5pm.
And....concurrent with this...I am going to be doing the livestream!! That will go up at 5:30 and I'll stay on all night with results, results, results.
This is only happening because so many of you tuned in and helped us spread the word this primary season. Can't thank you all enough for that. I really hope you'll join us for what is going to be an epic, all-night experience - and again help us spread the word far and wide! Can't wait for 11/3!

JUST IN: Maricopa County Attorney @Rachel1Mitchell comes down HARD on @azjustinheap over his previous statements on the 52 voters he placed into ineligible status.
"This is not my opinion. This is not a made-up process. This is the law."

NEW: Arizona sued Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap to restore registrations for 25 voters falsely flagged as noncitizens by a flawed federal database.
The suit alleges Heap's refusal to reinstate the voters violates his duties and state law.

NEW: Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes just filed a mandamus action, asking a judge to force Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap to carry out his "nondiscretionary duty to immediately restore the" voting rights of 23 people his office previously alleged were noncitizens.
UPDATE: Arizona Attorney General @AZAGMayes tells Maricopa County Recorder @RecordersOffice she is prepared to sue if his office does not reinstate voting rights to 24 Arizonans who were allegedly noncitizens—but were confirmed to be citizens by @Rachel1Mitchell. Expect action this week.
