His speed of 13 trillion times the speed of light gives him a good chance. Especially the lovely kryptonite. Conner’s flaw is he’s too cocky. Besides Wally is a good man unlike some people.
The bruising will be bad but with Peter’s healing abilities, it shouldn’t last as long as it would for the average human but this doesn’t keep Wally from being upset or wanting to take care of him. He knows it’s likely because of him anyways.
