Make alcohol more expensive for addicts, then act surprised when alcoholics turn to street Valium and other far more dangerous substances.
But at least there’s a cosy consumption room waiting for them.

Funny saying this despite the Covid title and a Cup being won after the final was rescheduled for after their opponents was relegated and half the team was sold off, all happening in the last few years.

Anyone that has played football will tell you a ball hitting a hand in that way is not going to result in it flying away as fast as that.
