All AWS Services are back to normal and CameraTag service is fully restored.

Asset playback should be restored to normal functionality. We are still waiting on AWS to restore new asset publishing functionality.

From AWS: "We continue to work on recovery for adding new objects to S3 and expect to start seeing improved error rates within the hour."
