An interesting dynamic in emerging markets:
Local VC’s have such a super high bar for investing in pre-seed rounds
And ask for stuff that makes no sense (financial projections etc.)
Yet the same funds have no issue paying exorbitant prices to coinvest w US VC’s at later rounds
