A quick google search would have let you know Spytek had nothing to do with the hire of Pete Carroll and staff. They were literally hired one day apart. It was already in place.

It’s still crazy to me how the most casual fans have more acumen than the current coaching staff. I could fix their oline for 2026 in my sleep. Get Miller back, start Caleb Rogers at LG, JPJ center, slide DJ Glaze to RG (Which is where he should have been playing from the beginning) address RT in FA and build quality depth through the draft.

Man, we’ve been through so much being Raiders fans, but I will say, this season takes the cake. Tons of optimism around Brady, Carroll and Smith.. Just to have the team REGRESS. This team, at this point. Doesn’t make sense. Carroll needs to go, Geno needs to go, and instead of reload, we need to rebuild the right way.

Pete Carroll era, it doesn’t even make sense at this point. Hit the reset button and actually find a young quality head coach. You have a hand full of stars, TONS of cap space and probably a top pick in the draft.
