Grampa Yogi retired as a player in 1964 after 18 seasons with the #Yankees. As he would say, "These records will stand until they're broken." But I suspect that might be never! #WorldSeries #RepBX 🙏⚾️❤️

People have no idea how common this is.
I remember a wife found her non-citizen husband cheating. He gloated & about it…she slapped him.
He called 911- she was arrested, lost her job. He got a visa as a “crime victim”.
Hundreds of armed robberies were staged across America so people could get immigration visas reserved for crime victims
The ringleader this week received a two-year sentence.
During one holdup, a “robber” accidentally shot a Bucktown liquor store clerk.

The one thing cops are good at is compartmentalizing what they encounter on the street. While this is horrific, those cops will say it was the jumper's choice and he made it. They did their job and they'll take comfort in that.
They'll also go home tonight and hug their kids and be thankful that they're alive.

California’s push to confiscate wealth is going to fail by standard metrics. Large numbers have already relocated just at the conversation. The authors of the bill know that. This is an initial volley in the effort to make it national. That united airlines ceo clown said it outloud just a couple days ago. The funniest part is the assurance that it’s “one time” and that “it’s only billionaires”. If government has taught us anything it’s that mission creep is the rule not the exception..I have no problem with California destroying itself but a don’t like where the ripples will end up…

Good that the Feds are handling instead of the person who masquerades as a D.A.
A federal grand jury has indicted convicted felon Eric Lewis, 35, on five charges, including Hobbs Act robbery and multiple firearm offenses, in connection with the October 10 shooting of two Philadelphia police officers. Prosecutors say Lewis killed Sgt. Shane Sieber and shot Officer Hector Rodriguez 12 times; Rodriguez remains hospitalized and is recovering.
Sieber, a 40-year-old veteran of the force, served for 10 years and leaves behind a wife, a 7-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter. If convicted, Lewis faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and could receive a life sentence.

The image shows the Falcons' original crest, used from 1966 to 2003, over the stripe pattern of the team's 1966–69 red helmet. The team posted it Oct. 21 as a new profile picture. It brings back an early team design and is not a new logo. fox5atlanta.com/news/falcons-p… atlantafalcons.com/news/falcons-t…

It’s disgraceful and it erodes our culture and common decency.

This officer has either not attended the first safety course or she didn't pay attention.
She has her finger inside the trigger guard.
She has her weapon aimed at the other officer🤦🏻♂️
Both are serious violations of basic firearms safety rules.
Further, someone photographed these errors and then someone posted that photograph by way of advertisement of the agency.
.@metpoliceuk, this looks like a good way to blow your co-worker’s legs off.
1. Make sure your finger is on the trigger.
2. Make sure you are pointing the gun at someone.
The coarse behavior we see today in public is a product of what kids are learning in the home. Horrible table manners? Look here first.
Some parents are ditching plates and silverware for a “dump dinner,” pouring the meal straight onto a foil-covered table and letting the kids dig in. For these families, it’s less about manners and more about making memories.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The "dump dinner" is a viral social media trend of staged videos primarily for engagement, not a common family practice. Children in videos often react with alarm rather than requesting it.

I keep praying, Cap’n Rohowits. I pray for California, Oregon, and Washington. Something has to give. We live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, yet we’re held back by the negligence, fraud, and grift of our state governments.

Therein lies the real issue: the fraud. California taxpayers have been bled dry by it for years—billions poured into a high-speed rail system that still doesn’t exist, runaway welfare costs, election results that never seem to add up, and on ad infinitum. Until the cheating is actually stopped, “hope” doesn’t mean much.

I showed my son the "HOT/CRAZY MATRIX" video and this may be the most hilariously accurate video ever created.

Yes exactly. The cell phone has changed a lot of that I’m afraid. Remember when Kobe died in that helicopter accident, and the deputies taking photos? I remember thinking to myself my how times have changed. Back in the day we would have never even thought of that.
