I used to testify at the budget oversight hearings every year about how it's insane that tickets are closed as complete when the work isn't done, but I just gave up because nobody on the Council cared.

Every ticket should require a comment that states how the issue was resolved, before it can be marked as closed. & not just " Your service request is closed. If there are any new or unfinished issues, please enter a new 311 request."

This proposed plan is absolutely unacceptable. Here’s what the plan actually does: 36 holes of public golf cut to 18. No more mini golf. No more park. More running / cycling road. No more playground. No more introductory course. Nobody has said a word about the Cherry blossoms. Who is this actually for? Not the kid learning to golf. Not the family in a walk. Not the birders. This was never about the public. It’s for the elitists who want a private showcase, and one man’s ego.

You have got to be f**king kidding me… an 18 hole golf course that fully absorbs the entirety of Hains Point. Disgusting and shameful acts by Department of Interior. We have been saying this for MONTHS.
