Below is a unified notice responding to user inquiries:
The team has verified reports of reduced incentive payments. Such cases arise when content fails to meet incentive criteria or is not classified as eligible for incentives.
A small number of users submitted incorrect payment information in the form. The platform will not process back payments for failed transfers caused by invalid payment details.
To mitigate such issues, we will launch a payment information entry portal within the app in the future.
