As a holistic vocal coach + vocal health expert of 30+ yrs I have a special insight into unique issues that affect singers. Most of the time unlocking the fullest potential of a voice comes down to emotions that are actually constricting the voice. youtube.com/c/CariColeVoiceM…
I started the Voice YOUniversity as a home for vocal pedagogy, technique, vocal arranging and all of the trade secrets I've accumulated over 40 years of teaching singers from my studio in New York City.
Our fall programs begin this week.
Music Theory starts tomorrow
The Vocal Mastery Program II (Intermediate Level) starts Wednesday
The Vocal Mastery Program III (Advanced Level) III starts Thursday.
It's one home for your voice, your musicianship, and your artistry, taught live with me.
Late enrollment is still open.Imagine your voice one year from now. You won't believe the difference.
Singers cry when they start hearing the voice they dreamed of coming back at them.
SHARE WIDELY with singers looking for breakthroughs.
These are proven methods trusted by Grammy winning singers.
Come in this week and start with the group.

EAT #260 -- Measles Manipulation with Dr. Kirk Moore xitter.cf/i/spaces/1MJgNbmapqPGL
Fascinating. 🧐
This man with a reportedly 210 IQ, once called the smartest man in America, claims death isn't the end. He believes your next life could already exist RIGHT NOW, even while you're still alive in this one.
Christopher Langan developed a theory called the Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe (CTMU). According to his theory, death doesn't destroy consciousness.
It simply ends your connection to your current physical body, allowing consciousness to transition toward what he calls the origin of reality.
He suggests the soul could move to another dimension or plane of existence inaccessible to us while we're alive.
Langan also proposes that consciousness could eventually be provided with another physical form, what he calls a substitute or "terminal" body.
He argues that memories aren't necessarily erased when you die. Within his mathematical model, nothing truly goes out of existence, meaning the information associated with your previous life could theoretically be recovered. You might simply have no reason to remember it anymore.
Langan suggests that all your reincarnations could be "meta-simultaneous," meaning that from a deeper level of reality, your different lifetimes may coexist rather than unfold one after another.
He even argues that his theory can establish the existence of God, the soul, and an afterlife through mathematics.
But if all your lives already exist somewhere beyond time, does that mean your entire future is already written, including the moment you die?
Or do we actually have free will?
She spent four years and $40,000 on a voice degree from a top music college. Her resume was one most singers would envy.
Forty-five minutes into her first session with me, she sank to my studio floor and burst into tears.
It was frustration and relief at once. Frustration for everything she’d paid for and never gotten. Relief because she finally saw what four years had missed.
Nobody had told her what her larynx was doing when she reached for a high note. Nobody had explained why her support gave out at the top. Nobody had given her a cooldown, so she spent four years building up swelling she couldn’t feel.
She did everything she was asked. The information simply never arrived.
I saw myself in her. I couldn’t find it inside those walls either.
If any of that sounds like your voice, you’re standing where she was. You don’t realize what’s holding you back until you find it.
Come find it. Today at 3 pm ET, I’m walking you through the Academy, VMP II, VMP III, and the Music Theory Intensive live. Registration closes tonight at 11:59 pm ET.

Beautifully said. True wisdom for life. 🙏🏻✨
He came to me as a young singer-songwriter with a dream that was completely clear to him. He wanted to sing his own songs to the world.
He came from an athletic background, with martial arts and the military behind him. Discipline was never something he had to develop, because it was already there.
His voice was a different story. It was weak and underdeveloped. Notes weren't landing where he wanted them, and his vowels weren't connecting the way the music in his imagination demanded.
The gap between what he heard and what came out was real, and he was serious about closing it.
Maybe you know that gap. You can hear exactly how the song should sound, and your voice keeps landing somewhere short of it.
His path might surprise you. He trained primarily through my online programs, in a group setting, with only a few private sessions spread across several years.
He had no special access. He worked the method consistently— all of the exercises I lay out in the sequence the way it is designed to be worked.
Over those years, he built a real voice.
The voice he ended up with could not only carry his songs and hold up through performance, it also did something he never anticipated. It started stopping people in their tracks.
Here's what he said:
"Before I started with the Cole Vocal Method and working with Cari on my voice, I didn't really have a singing voice. But now I've noticed that when I sing, I see people turn their heads around.
People will stare. And it's a gift that is so hard to put into words. I'm just so thankful that I took this method because I can't fathom, how I would have ever gotten to my voice the way it is now."
He followed the breadcrumbs. He did all of the work. He reached the place he had envisioned, and then he superseded even his own expectations.
I love this work. It takes an average singer really good. A really good singer, great.
That's what the method does for a singer who works it consistently, patiently, and in order. You don't need a special voice or a head start. You need a real method, the sequence, and the time to let it work.
That's exactly what the Academy and Vocal Mastery Program Level II give you.
The Academy is the full curriculum, in order, over a full year.
The Vocal Mastery Program is inside the Academy or you can take it ala carté. It is a full year live on Zoom with me, building the instrument from the source.
The voice you're building is real. The method is proven. The only variable is the work.

We open once a year. Earlybird ends 10/16.
Why your voice plateaus and how to break the ceiling.
Your voice is a living, breathing instrument that continues to evolve throughout your entire life.
Singers I work with tell me all the time that they thought they were already there and had no idea their voices could get even better until I showed them how.
A vocal plateau is information. It tells you where your next move is, and it tells you there is further to go. How far could your voice go if you new the whole path?
The Cole Vocal Method carries a lineage from the Met Opera back to Manuel García, and I've spent forty years refining it with singers at every level.
Your progress stalls, and nothing you add seems to move it. Here's why your voice plateaus and how to break the ceiling. 🧵👇
6/6 That's how the ceiling breaks. Your voice gets built from the source, and the gains stay with you.

Reaching up for a high note pulls your larynx up and makes your throat grab.
The note feels higher because you treat it that way. Your chin lifts, your shoulders rise, and your whole body braces for the climb.
All of that reaching tightens the muscles that close off the top of your range.
Stay grounded in your body instead. Let the support come from your torso, keep the larynx steady, and the top of your range starts to open.
This Thursday, October 8, I'm teaching the full path, free and live. 3 pm ET.
