Parcells yes and other coaches. I never saw you guys call out players though in interviews. Parcells always worked on the fringe of insult/compliments for sure. I always thought amongst players the licker room was where grievances amongst players were handled in private.

You might wanna go look at some Parcells interviews re: Toast, Leonard Marshall, Jumbo Elliott, myself etc..or coach Lamar Leechman on Eric Dorsey. There is plenty of on the record public critiques. @GaryMyersNY @sageman01 can recite you many stories
