Really enjoyed the @Cheshire_FA CPD tonight. The coaching of @CarlWild75 never fails to inspire and stimulate the grey matter!! Really whetted the appetite to look for the right opportunity to get back into it - 2 months out is too much 😂.

🔵 Chester Football Club is looking for an experienced and ambitious Youth Team Manager to lead our successful Scholars programme and help develop the next generation of Chester FC players.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced football coach to take responsibility for the leadership, coordination and development of a programme with a strong track record of producing players who have progressed into senior football.
Our Scholars programme currently supports 22 players aged 16–19, competing in the National League U19 Alliance and the FA Youth Cup, while providing a clear pathway towards senior football.

The 3v3 World Cup has developed from a single poster into a full document.
The original poster version works pretty well, but the document takes things to another level.

Three players. One ball. A whole world of possibilities.
3v3 may be small-sided. It shouldn’t feel small.
The 3v3 World Cup helps coaches turn the new format into an exciting, easy-to-run football experience.
Six adaptable competition formats. Clear pitch layouts. Simple rules. Player challenges. One instant digital download containing the full-colour and printer-friendly versions included.
Everything is designed to help you get organised quickly, keep players engaged and make every 3v3 event feel like more than a collection of matches.
I’ve spent years coaching, researching and writing about 3v3. This is the practical resource I believe coaches need for the new format.
Less time planning.
More time playing.
Give your 3v3 games a stage.
