Dan Bongino called J6ers "babies" today, and called the WalkAway movement, which brought many thousands of new voters to Trump, a "grift".
He unblocked me and dropped this in my comments, then blocked me again so I couldn't respond.
Well... this is my response to our former Dept. Director of the FBI.

Names should be withheld to protect the presumption of innocence. But it should be consistent. FBI/DOJ coordinated with every local and national news org to maliciously destroy the reputation of every J6 misdemeanor case. But actual terrorists get to be anonymous. Why?
On June 10, FBI and our law enforcement partners became aware of a potential threat to the UFC America 250 event in Washington, D.C. involving individuals outside of the National Capital Region – and thanks to the rapid action of this FBI, our partners, and the Department of Justice in a multi-state operation, multiple individuals are now in custody and allegedly planned attacks were stopped cold.
While the result represented the best of investigative work, it was also nothing out of the ordinary for this law enforcement team – we are built to detect, respond to, and bring to justice those who threaten the lives of American citizens - particularly during large gatherings like the historic UFC 250 fight. That’s exactly what we did here. I want to thank our great agents and partners, this work remains ongoing and we will continue to update the public as permitted.

President Trump’s instincts about J6 are right but he doesn’t have the details because his DOJ has refused to investigate the abuses conducted by the Biden DOJ and FBI. They are failing him and putting him in these difficult situations.
The truth is on President Trump’s side. Police were extremely abusive and unjustifiably violent throughout the day and people were right to be angry. A majority of the "assault" charges were a farce and subsequent investigations and prosecutions were an even bigger disgrace.
I spent a year working inside the Office of the Deputy Attorney General and I can’t fathom why this DOJ has ignored President Trump's EO 14147 for nearly 1.5 years. They’ve made excuses and empty promises but have delivered nothing. We're running out of time.

My name is Jennifer Heinl, and I respectfully ask for the opportunity to share my story as a January 6 defendant.
I believe I was overcharged and treated unfairly throughout the process. The consequences reached far beyond the courtroom. I lost my husband, my home, and my career at the VA, and the emotional and financial toll on my family was devastating.
Regardless of politics, I believe every American deserves equal justice, proportional treatment, and a fair process. I am simply asking for the chance to be heard and for my experience to be considered as part of the broader discussion about how January 6 cases were handled.
I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and share the impact these events had on my family and my life.

Today @TheJusticeDept charged rioter Brendan John Geier for allegedly kicking and biting ICE officers at Delaney Hall last night. We will not tolerate the vicious attacks on ICE officers we’ve seen in New Jersey the last few days. These riots are clearly not “peaceful protests” as you can see from the photos of these horrific wounds. Assault a federal officer, you’ll be held accountable.

— He testified under oath that the FBI would not allow over 11,000 hours of J6 footage to be released because it would expose undercover agents and confidential human sources committing crimes inside the Capitol.
— Additionally, over 5,000 FBI agents were forced to fabricate charges against American citizens.
— And virtually every single FBI whistleblower who came forward was retaliated against.

After J6 a memo went out calling for all federal prosecutors to stop what they were doing and join the Capitol Siege Unit to hunt down every last J6er. 5,000 FBI agents were diverted from other crimes for the same. How about a new unit for these guys?

Full disclosure. I beg any of you people who keep calling me violent, and an insurrectionist to find one picture of me violent. I’ll even give you some money from the fund. 😊
I wasn’t violent. I entered the Capitol to escape the chaos outside. I spoke calmly with multiple officers inside and left peacefully on my own.
They charged me with 4 misdemeanors and threatened me with RICO. I pled to “parading” and signed a deal for probation and a fine. Two weeks later, while my son was in the ICU (and they knew this by the way) they changed it to: 2 weeks in federal prison, 3 years probation, a fine, 50 hours community service, a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation, and mandatory drug testing.
All for parading. All to crush me.
Law enforcement officers and lawyers have told me I was severely overcharged. People who were screaming, disrupting Senate hearings, and breaking into chambers got summary offenses far less than what I received.
We deserve case-by-case justice, not being lumped together. What happened to many of us was wrong.
This still blows my mind.
I was peacefully standing outside the Capitol on January 6 ,doing nothing wrong, no violence, just there as a patriot exercising my rights. Yet the Sedition Hunters had clear photos of me in their database, posted on their website as part of their propaganda campaign against J6 attendees.
How exactly did they get pictures specifically of me in the crowd? I wasn’t livestreaming. I wasn’t posing for media. Why was my face captured and cataloged so early?
Were these groups systematically photographing everyone in the crowd that day to build a massive surveillance database for the FBI? Or was I already being targeted by the government before I even realized it?
We now know the Sedition Hunters worked hand-in-glove with the FBI feeding them tips, composites, and identifications from public footage and their own sleuthing. It raises serious questions about pre-planned monitoring of American citizens who simply showed up to protest a stolen election.
