Big time players make big time plays in football games. @Carson_Will10

My next great coach shoutout goes to a man younger than me, but someone I look up to. My brother @KyleWil11332685 . He works harder than any coach I’ve seen. A pure technician, that grew to implementing schemes never seen in HS on the defensive side off the ball. He demands excellence and attention to detail, and that’s why his players love him. Kyle lives his life like that. Kids see it, follow it, trust it, and then live it. It’s a pleasure to watch him coach, but it’s way better being able to coach with him. We talk to players about “flipping the switch”. When Kyle Williams steps on the practice field, “flipping the switch” hits a whole different level! He teaches hard and with passion every day. His football knowledge is second to nobody, but it’s how he coaches and lives his life that allows players to win championships in football and in life.
