Look, I've been a loyal @SouthwestAir customer for YEARS - only flying other airlines when we have to (mostly international flights). Today was the first time in over 10 years I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service. I received a text saying a flight I'm taking on
out. So we quickly booked one of the few options left. Our total travel time has now MORE THAN TRIPLED because we no longer have a nonstop flight. @SouthwestAir - with 5 days notice, are there really NO other planes you can put into service? This isn't a last minute mechanical
or weather related issue. I am just shocked that the customer service team has no other solutions besides "sorry all the good flights are sold out". We booked this MONTHS ago, and now we got screwed. @SouthwestAir shame on you.
