🧵【Hook Pools Explained: The New Trap for Arbitrage Bots?】 Everyone is talking about Uniswap V4 Hooks. But the real story isn't simply that V4 lets developers add custom logic. It's this: The price you see may NOT be the price you can actually execute. And that changes everything for arbitrage. 👇 Let's break it down. 1️⃣ What is a Hook Pool? Traditional AMM: Token A ↔ AMM ↔ Token B Uniswap V4: Token A ↔ Pool ↔ Hook ↔ Token B A Hook is a smart contract that can intervene before or after swaps, liquidity changes, and other pool actions. In other words: The Pool can now have programmable trading logic. 2️⃣ The important part: Custom Accounting This is where things get interesting for arbitrageurs. Traditional AMM: Price → AMM Curve → Output With V4 Hooks, custom accounting and deltas can modify how the final settlement works. So you might see: ETH = $4,580 But that doesn't necessarily mean you can actually buy ETH at $4,580. The real question is: How much ETH do I actually receive for $10,000 USDC? That's the price that matters. 3️⃣ Dynamic Fees Hooks can also implement dynamic fees. For example: Normal trade: 0.30% Certain conditions: 3% Or potentially even higher. So an arbitrage bot sees: Binance ETH = $4,700 Hook Pool ETH = $4,580 🔥 Apparent spread = 2.55% Looks great. But after: Hook Fee Slippage Gas MEV The actual profit could disappear. 4️⃣ The more dangerous scenario: Fake Arbitrage This is what I think arbitrage bots need to watch closely. Bot sees: “ETH is 3% cheaper on the Hook Pool.” ↓ Enters the trade ↓ Custom Accounting ↓ Dynamic Fee ↓ Actual output is much lower than expected ↓ Bot exits ↓ Instead of +3%: -1% That's why: ⚠️ Spot Price ≠ Executable Price 5️⃣ Could Hooks be designed to punish arbitrage? Potentially, yes. Imagine: Normal trade: 0.3% fee Large/arbitrage trade: 5% fee Or a size-dependent structure: $1K → 0.3% $10K → 1.5% $50K → 5% The “arbitrage opportunity” may only exist for small trades. Scale up the position: The edge disappears. 6️⃣ Therefore, a serious arbitrage bot cannot simply compare two prices. Wrong: Binance Price vs Hook Price Correct: Binance Reference Price ↓ Hook Spot Price ↓ Exact Swap Simulation ↓ Custom Accounting ↓ Dynamic Fee ↓ Slippage ↓ Gas ↓ MEV ↓ Real Executable Price ↓ NET ARBITRAGE 7️⃣ I would also give every Hook Pool a “Trap Score” For example: Custom Accounting +20 Return Delta +20 Dynamic Fee +15 Sell Tax +20 Upgradeable Hook +10 Admin-controlled Fee +10 Unusual Curve +15 Low Liquidity +10 Spot/Quote Divergence +20 Higher score: 🚨 Higher risk of a misleading or hostile execution environment. 8️⃣ And never test with a huge position first. Simulate: $100 $500 $1K $5K $10K $50K Then look at: Trade Size → Net Arbitrage Example: $100 +3.0% $1K +2.8% $5K +2.2% $10K +0.8% $50K -3.5% That's NOT a $50K arbitrage opportunity. It's a warning that liquidity, curve mechanics, fees, or custom accounting are distorting the apparent edge. 9️⃣ So my first question when looking at a Hook Pool is no longer: “Is there a price discrepancy?” It's: “Can I actually extract that discrepancy?” Those are two completely different questions. 🔟 And that's why I think V4 could create a new category: Hook Arbitrage + Hook Security A serious bot needs to: 🔎 Find the spread 🧠 Analyze the Hook 🧪 Simulate execution 💰 Calculate net profit 🚨 Detect traps ⚡ Execute only when the edge is real Final thought: Don't trust the displayed Pool Price. Especially with V4. What matters is: Exact Input → Exact Output If the simulation still shows sufficient net profit after every cost and risk, then you may have a real arbitrage opportunity. Otherwise: **You may not be finding an arbitrage opportunity. You may be walking into someone else's liquidity trap.** #Uniswap #UniswapV4 #Hooks #DeFi #MEV #Arbitrage #Crypto

Uniswap’s next growth catalyst could be tokenized stocks. Hayden Adams highlighted Uniswap’s Stable Hook being used to create pairs between Robinhood and Ondo tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain. This is bigger than adding new trading pairs. 1/ Liquidity infrastructure Stable Hooks can help connect different tokenized versions of the same stock, improving price alignment and creating new arbitrage opportunities. 2/ A new growth engine More tokenized stocks → more trading pairs → deeper liquidity → more onchain activity. If successful, Uniswap could become a key liquidity layer for tokenized equities and RWAs. 3/ The UNI value-capture thesis More organic trading activity could generate more protocol fees. Under Uniswap’s fee and burn mechanisms, eligible protocol fees can contribute to actual $UNI burns. The flywheel: RWA adoption → trading volume → protocol fees → UNI burns. 4/ What I'm watching • Trading volume across the new stock pairs • Spreads and liquidity depth • Net LP returns after inventory risk • Protocol revenue and actual UNI burns The key is not how many pools launch, but whether they attract sustainable demand. My thesis: Uniswap is expanding beyond a DEX into onchain market infrastructure. If tokenized stocks gain traction and value capture scales with usage, the long-term UNI investment case becomes more compelling. Track the fundamentals, not just the narrative. #UNI #Uniswap #RWA #TokenizedStocks #DeFi

$PONS a New Distribution Catalyst? PONS is now available on the latest version of Robinhood Wallet. The key question: can easier access translate into real usage and stronger value capture? Latest available metrics: • 30D fees: **$21.36M** • 30D protocol revenue: **$3.22M** • 30D holder revenue: **$4.14M** • 30D DEX volume: **$344.19M** • Recorded buybacks: **$5.18M over 30D** (through Oct 21) Source: DeFiLlama & public buyback tracking. The opportunity is clear: more wallet access → more users → more trading → more revenue → more $PONS buybacks and burns. But there's a caveat: fees and buybacks have cooled significantly from September's peak. **The bullish confirmation isn't the wallet announcement alone. It's whether adoption reverses that slowdown.** Watch active wallets, trading volume, protocol revenue and verified burns. If these turn higher together, this could be more than a listing headline — it could strengthen the $PONS value-capture flywheel. #PONS #RobinhoodWallet #DeFi #RobinhoodChain

UNI: Is DCA + Grid a good strategy for this cycle? I'm leaning toward a hybrid approach: accumulate UNI through DCA and use a grid to monetize volatility. Here's the thesis: • Price: ~$7.07, down ~28.5% over 30 days and ~84% below ATH. • Trading activity: $64.4B in 30D volume. • Protocol fees: $89.3M over 30D. • Protocol revenue: $7.36M over 30D. • TVL: $3.74B. The fundamentals are substantial, and UNI now has a protocol-fee-funded burn mechanism. But token holders don't receive protocol revenue directly; value capture depends on actual burns and future governance decisions. Why DCA + Grid? DCA builds a core position without trying to nail the bottom. A grid can harvest repeated price swings and recycle profits into more UNI. The risk: a persistent downtrend can leave you accumulating losses, while a strong breakout can cause the grid to sell too much too early. My approach: → DCA for long-term exposure. → Grid only a portion of the portfolio. → Keep reserve capital for deeper drawdowns. → Reassess when revenue, burns and price momentum diverge. Verdict: A promising strategy if UNI remains volatile and fundamentals keep improving. Not a set-and-forget trade. The goal isn't to predict the bottom. It's to accumulate intelligently while letting volatility work for you. #UNI #Uniswap #DeFi #Crypto

My thesis on @metricxyz: The opportunity isn't just tokenized stocks. It's the liquidity infrastructure that makes onchain markets scalable. Three signals will determine whether Metric can capture that opportunity: 1. Capital efficiency Sustained volume relative to TVL would suggest Metric can support meaningful trading activity without requiring excessive idle liquidity. 2. Revenue quality Consistent spread revenue would indicate genuine demand for execution, rather than volume inflated by incentives or short-lived speculation. 3. LP economics Positive net LP returns would make liquidity provision sustainable, attracting deeper capital and improving execution. These signals reinforce each other. Better execution attracts traders. More organic flow generates revenue. Sustainable LP returns attract capital. Deeper liquidity improves execution further. That is the flywheel I'm watching. If Metric can establish this cycle in tokenized stocks and expand across RWAs, it could evolve from a trading venue into core onchain market infrastructure. The thesis is simple: capital efficiency attracts volume, real demand generates revenue, and sustainable LP economics make growth durable. Volume is the signal. The flywheel is the thesis. #Metric #DeFi #RWA #TokenizedStocks #OnchainFinance

The treasury flywheel works like this: 1 - Raise capital through equity or other financing. 2 - Accumulate BNB with the proceeds, increasing the company's BNB treasury. 3 - Grow BNB per share — if BNB accumulation outpaces share dilution, each share represents a larger claim on the treasury's BNB holdings. 4 - Attract investors who want public-market exposure to BNB, potentially improving access to capital. 5 - Reinvest and repeat — new capital can fund further BNB accumulation, reinforcing the cycle. The key distinction: a rising BNB price increases treasury value, but it doesn't automatically increase BNB per share. And issuing shares to buy more BNB only creates value for existing shareholders if the terms are favorable. The real flywheel isn't simply buying BNB. It's raising capital efficiently, increasing BNB per share, and earning investor confidence without excessive dilution. #BNB #Binance #Crypto #DigitalAssets #TokenTreasury

Hyperliquid is evolving beyond a trading platform into financial market infrastructure. Kraken building on Hyperliquid to bring onchain perpetuals to the US could be a major catalyst for institutional adoption. What could this mean for $HYPE? • Stronger long-term growth narrative • Potential increase in trading volume and liquidity • Greater institutional exposure • More demand for the ecosystem But here's the key: infrastructure adoption doesn't automatically translate into token value. The real question is how much of this growth ultimately flows back to $HYPE through fees, buybacks, or other value-capture mechanisms. Partnership is the beginning. Adoption is the proof. Value capture is what matters. #Hyperliquid #HYPE #DeFi #Crypto #Onchain
Excited to work with Payward to forge a path for onchain derivatives built on Hyperliquid's infrastructure. Kraken is one of the most trusted and respected exchanges in crypto. They are also true believers in the technology and crypto ethos. We're honored that they are building on Hyperliquid to bring the next evolution of perpetual markets to the United States.

KIVO might be more than another AI agent narrative. 👀 It's building a sovereign trading agent designed to fund its own operations, pay for its own AI inference, and trade BTC & ETH perpetuals on Papertrade. Here's what makes it interesting: - AI-powered trading Uses DeepSeek V4 Pro to analyze market structure, momentum, volume, support/resistance, and news before deciding to long, short, close, or hold. - A self-funded economic loop Creator fees from its token are split between trading capital, AI inference costs, and a revenue vault. No external top-ups by design. - Risk management first Position limits, leverage caps, stop-losses, take-profit targets, daily entry limits, and a second approval layer help filter bad trades. - Transparent execution Every round, decision, and trade is published. The real test is whether the data proves a sustainable edge over time. But there's one critical distinction: Self-funded doesn't automatically mean profitable. Paper trading isn't live execution, and token-generated fees aren't trading profits. I'll be watching net performance, drawdowns, inference costs, and whether the economics remain sustainable when token activity cools. If KIVO can prove its edge over 60–90 days, it could become a compelling example of autonomous AI finance. Don't just watch the narrative. Watch the numbers. #KIVO #AIAgent #DeFAI #RobinhoodChain #Crypto #AITrading #BTC #ETH #Onchain

This earnings call could be a major catalyst for the entire Robinhood ecosystem. I'm watching 3 things: Can crypto revenue recover after falling 38% YoY to $100M in Q2? Will Vlad and the team provide a clearer roadmap for Robinhood Chain, tokenized stocks, and RWA? Can onchain activity translate into sustainable revenue rather than temporary memecoin speculation? Robinhood Chain reportedly generated around $90B in Q3 DEX volume and $50M in fees, according to Bernstein's estimates. The real question is how much of that activity is sustainable. If management signals stronger RWA adoption, deeper liquidity, and more ecosystem development, this could reignite interest across $PONS and other Robinhood Chain projects. Watch the guidance, not just the EPS. The bigger story is whether Robinhood can turn its ecosystem into a long-term growth engine. 💪 #Robinhood #HOOD #PONS #RobinhoodChain #RWA #Crypto #DeFi

Crypto Market Outlook: Oct 27 | The Fed, Big Tech & $80K BTC This is a make-or-break week for risk assets. The next move in crypto may depend less on crypto-native narratives and more on the Fed, inflation data, ETF flows, and mega-cap earnings. 1/ Monday’s Market Recap US equities bounced on Oct. 26: • S&P 500: 7,676.77 (+0.7%) • Nasdaq Composite: 26,169.38 (+0.8%) • Dow Jones: 52,361.58 (+0.3%) • Russell 2000: 2,786.42 (+0.4%) Yet crypto remains under pressure. BTC fell 2.4% last week, closing around $80,154 after reaching $84,898 before reversing. It briefly dropped to $79,221 over the weekend. ETH lost 3.3% over the same period. The key question: Can crypto decouple from recent weakness in risk assets, or will another macro-driven sell-off push prices lower? 2/ Bitcoin: $80K Is the Line to Watch BTC’s recent range tells the story: • $84.9K — last week’s local high • $80K — psychological support • $79.2K — recent weekend low • $85K — recovery zone that bulls need to reclaim convincingly ETF flows are sending mixed signals. US spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted roughly $1.08B from Oct. 19–21, but then recorded approximately $635.5M in outflows on Oct. 22 and another $137.9M on Oct. 23. That is a sharp reversal in institutional demand. Derivatives positioning also looks fragile. More than $800M in crypto positions were liquidated over 24 hours during the weekend sell-off, including approximately $404M in long liquidations within four hours. My read: a bounce alone is not a reversal. I want to see BTC hold $79K–$80K, ETF flows stabilize, and price reclaim resistance with spot volume behind it. 3/ The Fed: Wednesday’s Main Event The FOMC rate decision lands on Oct. 28 at 2:00 PM ET, followed by the press conference at approximately 2:30 PM ET. The market is largely expecting rates to remain unchanged. The bigger catalyst is the Fed’s guidance on December and how policymakers assess persistent inflation. Three scenarios matter: • Dovish hold: Yields and the dollar ease, potentially supporting BTC, ETH and high-beta altcoins. • Neutral hold: Markets remain range-bound while traders wait for inflation data. • Hawkish hold: Sticky inflation keeps rate cuts further away, pressuring liquidity-sensitive assets. Do not trade the headline alone. Watch Treasury yields, the dollar, and the market’s reaction after the press conference. 4/ Thursday: GDP + PCE Inflation Two major releases arrive on Oct. 29 at 8:30 AM ET: • Q3 2026 advance GDP • September Personal Income and Outlays, including PCE inflation Consensus estimates cited by AP put Q3 GDP growth at approximately 1.7%, down from 2.2% in Q2. September PCE inflation is expected to rise to 3.7% year over year from 3.4% in August. That creates a difficult combination for risk assets: Growth slowing + inflation rising = less room for monetary easing. If inflation surprises higher, the market may reprice the Fed’s path. If inflation cools without a major growth shock, that could support a broader relief rally. 5/ Big Tech Earnings Could Move the Entire Market This week’s earnings calendar is unusually important for AI, semiconductors, and crypto sentiment. Tuesday, Oct. 27 • Coca-Cola, Boeing, PayPal and S&P Global • Robinhood reports after the close • Visa and Seagate also report after the close Wednesday, Oct. 28 • Microsoft and Alphabet report after the close • Focus: AI monetization, cloud growth, capex and forward guidance Thursday, Oct. 29 • Amazon and Intel report after the close • Coinbase also reports • Focus: cloud demand, AI infrastructure, semiconductor recovery and crypto-related business activity The market is not just asking whether these companies beat EPS estimates. It wants evidence that massive AI investment is translating into sustainable revenue and cash flow. Strong earnings with weak guidance could still trigger a sell-the-news reaction. 6/ What This Means for Altcoins I would avoid treating every green candle as the start of altseason. My checklist: BTC holds above $79K–$80K. Spot BTC ETF flows turn consistently positive again. ETH stabilizes and begins outperforming BTC. Total altcoin volume expands alongside price. Breakouts hold after the US session rather than fading overnight. For tokens with real fee generation, buybacks or infrastructure adoption, I would also track whether onchain activity and liquidity are improving—not just price. 7/ Friday’s Final Risk Check Oct. 30 brings the Q3 Employment Cost Index, another read on wage-driven inflation. Bitcoin options expiry is also worth watching: one recent market review estimated approximately 135,840 BTC in contracts expiring, around 35% of Deribit open interest, with a reported max-pain level near $78K. These figures are estimates, not reliable price targets. My game plan this week: • Bullish: BTC defends $80K, ETF flows recover, and equities respond positively to the Fed and earnings. • Neutral: BTC ranges between roughly $79K and $85K while markets wait for confirmation. • Bearish: BTC loses $79K, yields rise, ETF outflows persist, and mega-cap guidance disappoints. The next few sessions could determine whether this is a healthy reset or the beginning of another leg lower. Trade the confirmation, not the anticipation. Protect capital first. #Bitcoin #Ethereum #Crypto #BTC #Altcoins #FederalReserve #FOMC #PCE #StockMarket #AI #Robinhood #Trading

Nate's latest post reinforces why I'm watching LONG and $AI closely. 👀 The key takeaway: Robinhood is a $100B company with multiple businesses. RHC projects can't expect special treatment just because they're building on its chain. They need to earn their place through execution. That's where LONG stands out. Instead of relying purely on ecosystem hype, LONG is building around tokenized stocks, stock-paired markets, and deeper onchain liquidity. The bigger opportunity is turning speculative trading into sustainable RWA activity. And $AI could be a major beneficiary. With LONG500 introducing buyback mechanics and directing part of stock-related value into the $AI community vault, stronger LONG activity could translate into better value capture for $AI. But the mechanism has to prove itself onchain. Potential value accrual isn't the same as realized value. My thesis: → More LONG volume → Deeper stock-token liquidity → More sustainable fee generation → Greater value flowing into the $AI ecosystem If this flywheel works, LONG could become more than a launchpad, while $AI evolves beyond a speculative token. The next thing to watch isn't another bullish tweet. It's the actual volume, liquidity, buybacks, and growth of the community vault. Build the market. Capture the value. Let the data do the talking. #LONG #AI #RobinhoodChain #RWA #DeFi #Crypto
Reminder RH is a $100b company. It has 10+ lines of products which generate $100m rev each Not every single thing has to be related to RH chain. I’ve seen this sort of mismanaged expectations very closely on other chains. Focusing on internal strength and strong independent execution is the only way to align with larger corps. So far the only use case that clearly shifted priorities on the leadership level was the massive growth of RWAs led by LONG. We will keep earning fairly our influence. Stock by stock. LONG.

$PONS might be setting up for a comeback. After dropping toward $0.23, price bounced to around $0.248. Still well below the $0.34 area seen in mid-October, but the reaction off the lows is worth watching. - The fundamentals have scale. Pons has recorded roughly $17.17B in cumulative trading volume, $203.65M in fees, and $37.05M in protocol revenue. - Revenue has cooled sharply. September generated $23.90M in protocol revenue. October had recorded $2.20M through Oct. 26 — a partial-month figure, not a full-month comparison. The key question is whether activity rebounds before month-end. - Liquidity needs to turn. A major PONS pool held around $2.26M on Oct. 26, down from roughly $3.23M on Oct. 16. - Price levels to watch: • $0.23 — recent low zone • $0.26 — first recovery test • $0.28–$0.30 — stronger reversal territory My take: $PONS is worth watching for a bottoming setup, but confirmation requires more than a green chart. If price reclaims resistance while liquidity stabilizes and protocol activity picks up, this could turn into a real recovery. Watch the numbers, not just the narrative. #PONS #RobinhoodChain #DeFi #Crypto #Onchain #Altcoins

Unipcs is down ~69% from his $28.5M portfolio ATH, now sitting at $8.9M. But he's still holding his core runners and positioning for the next leg. 👀 His key bets: $PONS, $USELESS, $MARSCOIN New additions: $MASK, $SI, $PANGEA & $VRAX What stands out to me is the diversification across chains and narratives, especially Robinhood Chain, privacy, and cross-chain infrastructure. But conviction alone doesn't confirm a bottom. The real test is whether liquidity returns, volume sustains, and these projects deliver real adoption. I'm watching $PONS closely. If activity translates into sustainable revenue and verifiable buybacks, the thesis gets stronger. Track the wallets, not just the tweets. The next leg will separate real strength from hope. 🔍 #Unipcs #PONS #RobinhoodChain #Crypto #Altcoins #Onchain #DeFi #Alpha
time to run my fomo portfolio back to new ATHs? my portfolio peaked at ~$28.5 million just ~1.5 months ago it's now sitting at $8.9 million, a brutal 69% drawdown from the highs but i'm still holding 100% of my top runners: - robinhood:0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571 - $USELESS - marscoin-4:native and i've added several more high-conviction picks that i expect to hit 7 figures and become major winners on the next leg: - ethereum:0x69af81e73a73b40adf4f3d4223cd9b1ece623074 - $SI - $PANGEA & $VRAX are also strong contenders, although i consider both higher-risk plays vs the others at the moment here's the thing: i believe the vast majority, if not all, of the drawdown is behind my portfolio and from these levels, i believe R/R heavily favors the upside in fact, i think i'm better positioned to make new portfolio ATHs now than i was on the first run to $28.5m one of my biggest advantages is diversification my portfolio is spread across several high-conviction plays and major runners across multiple blockchains, rather than being concentrated in one or two tokens within a single ecosystem like many other top fomo portfolios i believe that's a major reason i've maintained the #1 spot longer than anyone else on fomo — for over 2 months now the next chapter should be interesting i'll be sharing more updates as the portfolio starts making its way back up if you want to follow the journey, join fomo through my referral link: fomo.family/r/unipcs UPDATE: $350K FOMO GIVEAWAY i haven't really shared an update since getting locked out of X a few weeks ago, but the giveaway is still very much alive i've decided to extend it until the end of 2026, and i may even increase the total amount depending on how things go the rules remain the same: join through my referral link and actively use the platform fomo.family/r/unipcs disclosure: X requires the 'Paid Partnership' label on posts containing referral links. i currently have no paid relationship with fomo beyond my referral link and creator rewards

Something bigger may be brewing for $PONS. The team is working with @ImmutableLawyer on its Whitepaper and has signaled plans to continue collaborating, with Europe now in focus. Why this matters: • Potential European market expansion • Stronger legal and compliance foundations • New opportunities for ecosystem growth But the real catalyst isn't just a whitepaper. It's whether this groundwork leads to actual partnerships, more users, sustainable trading volume, and verifiable buybacks. I'm watching closely. If PONS can turn compliance and expansion into real activity on Robinhood Chain, this could be an important step toward its next growth phase. #PONS #RobinhoodChain #DeFi #Crypto #RWA #Onchain

📊 Monday Market Watch: Stocks, BTC & ETF Flows US stock futures are pointing higher, but is this the start of a real recovery or just another relief bounce? Here's what I'm watching: 1. US Stocks The Nasdaq's reaction after the open will be key. Sustained strength in tech could improve risk appetite across crypto. 2. Bitcoin ETF Flows Spot BTC ETFs saw roughly $138M in net outflows on Friday, Oct. 23, after two consecutive strong inflow days earlier in the week. Institutional demand remains volatile. 🔍 3. What Confirms a Recovery? • Nasdaq holds its gains • BTC reclaims resistance and sustains momentum • ETF flows turn consistently positive • Capital starts rotating into quality altcoins ⚠️ A green open doesn't guarantee a bullish trend. If stocks rally but BTC struggles, or ETF outflows continue, I'd stay cautious. My take: Watch the confirmation, not the first move. Protect capital, avoid chasing pumps, and let price action and capital flows reveal the real direction. #Bitcoin #BTC #Crypto #ETF #Nasdaq #Altcoins #MarketOutlook

🔥 robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 is heating up on Robinhood Chain. 📊 Current snapshot: • Market cap: $11.7M • Price: $0.0117 (+25.62% in 24H) • Volume: $597.4K • Liquidity: $1M • Holders: ~4,000 The thesis goes beyond a launchpad. Torch is building a trading ecosystem spanning token launches, trading terminals, Telegram bots, and cross-chain swaps. 🎯 What I'm watching: → Sustainable platform revenue → Verifiable buybacks and burns → Growing liquidity and user retention Potential valuation scenarios: $20M = +71% $30M = +156% $50M = +327% These are hypothetical scenarios, not predictions. The real catalyst is turning trading activity into measurable value for robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 holders. Execution matters more than hype. #TORCH #RobinhoodChain #DeFi #Crypto #Onchain
robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 might be one of the more interesting plays on Robinhood Chain right now. But the real thesis isn't just another launchpad or a token riding the ecosystem hype. It's about turning trading activity into sustainable value for token holders. Here's why I'm paying attention. 🧵 1/ The product is bigger than a launchpad Torch is building around token launches, a trading terminal, Telegram trading bots, and cross-chain trading. That's important. If users can launch, trade, and manage positions through one ecosystem, Torch has a chance to capture activity across multiple parts of the trading stack instead of relying on a single product. The key question is whether these products can attract repeat users after the initial hype fades. 2/ Revenue is what matters According to Torch's published fee structure, standard trading fees are around 1%, while trades involving robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 have a separate 0.5% fee mechanism. Cross-chain services may generate additional fees. That gives the project several potential revenue streams. But trading volume alone doesn't tell the whole story. We need to know how much revenue actually stays with the protocol after rebates, referral incentives, and other costs. A high-volume platform isn't necessarily a profitable one. 3/ Token value capture is the real catalyst Torch has outlined mechanisms involving token burns, treasury allocations, and revenue sharing for token holders. This is where things get interesting. If platform activity grows and a meaningful portion of the resulting revenue flows into mechanisms that benefit token holders, demand for robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 could become more closely linked to actual product usage. But there's a big difference between having a mechanism on paper and executing it consistently onchain. I want to see the actual transactions, the amounts involved, and how these flows change over time. Narratives bring attention. Execution builds confidence. 4/ The valuation needs to be backed by revenue Using an illustrative market cap of roughly $14.5M, here's how the valuation would look under different annual net revenue scenarios: • $500K revenue = 29x market cap/revenue • $1M revenue = 14.5x • $2M revenue = 7.25x • $3M revenue = 4.8x These are hypothetical scenarios, not verified revenue figures or price targets. The point is simple: if Torch can build a sustainable business generating meaningful revenue, today's valuation could look very different from a project that depends entirely on speculative trading activity. Until actual net revenue is verified, though, cheap is just an assumption. 5/ Robinhood Chain is the bigger opportunity The broader thesis is that Robinhood Chain needs more than infrastructure. It needs products that generate transactions, attract users, and capture economic value. If onchain trading activity expands, platforms that sit directly in the flow of that activity could benefit disproportionately. Torch is positioning itself in that part of the stack. The opportunity is real, but adoption still needs to be proven. 6/ The risks are just as important robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 is an early-stage, high-risk bet. Liquidity can change quickly. Large holders can create significant selling pressure. Early trading volume can be driven by speculation rather than lasting demand. We also need to verify contract permissions, holder concentration, and the actual execution of the published tokenomics. A growing ecosystem doesn't guarantee that every project in it will win. 7/ What I'm watching next Three things matter most to me: → Consistent growth in actual platform revenue → Verifiable buybacks, burns, and token-holder distributions → Increasing user retention without relying entirely on speculative hype If all three improve together, the investment thesis gets stronger. If volume rises but token holders see little tangible value capture, the thesis becomes much weaker. That's the difference between a token with a good story and a token backed by a growing business. My take: robinhood:0x000050e18ffa3f8f7ad170eb9cef160eb3ed1111 deserves attention, but I'm more interested in its execution than its narrative. The real upside would come from becoming a core trading product on Robinhood Chain, generating sustainable fees, and translating that activity into measurable value for token holders. Now the team needs to prove it onchain. Watching closely. #TORCH #RobinhoodChain #DeFi #Crypto #Onchain

The real $UNI thesis isn't just “Uniswap is cheap.” It's that protocol usage can now translate into permanent token supply reduction. Uniswap's UNIfication introduced a mechanism to route protocol fees into UNI burns. Fees are already active on all v2 pools and selected v3 pools, with further expansion possible. That creates a potential flywheel: More trading volume → more protocol fees → more UNI burned → lower supply over time. Now add the bull market. If DeFi volumes expand while v4, Unichain and aggregator hooks unlock additional fee sources, the market could start valuing UNI differently: not just as a governance token, but as an asset with a growing value-capture mechanism. At $7: • $15 = 2.14x (+114%) • $20 = 2.86x (+186%) The catalyst isn't the burn narrative alone. It's whether actual fees and burns scale fast enough to justify a higher valuation. That's the metric I'm watching. #UNI #Uniswap #DeFi #Crypto

LONG’s latest update sounds promising, but there are still some important questions worth asking. Higher FDV doesn’t automatically mean a healthier market. A 4:1 FDV-to-stock-liquidity ratio can look efficient on paper, but what matters is actual liquidity depth, sell-side slippage, and how much capital can exit without crushing the price. Ticker locks may prevent internal competition, but they don’t automatically create sustainable demand. Real users, organic volume, and competitive execution still matter. The LONG500 update is the part I’m most interested in. Manual buybacks and stocks flowing into the AI community vault could create a stronger value loop, but we need transparency on funding sources, execution frequency, and the actual economic benefits flowing back to holders. A few key questions: • Is volume organic and sustainable, or driven by short-term speculation? • Are buybacks funded by real protocol revenue? • Is the vault accumulating net assets over time? • Can liquidity grow alongside FDV? I like the direction, but the real test is execution. PVE sounds great in theory. Now it needs measurable results. #LONG #LONG500 #RobinhoodChain #DeFi #Crypto
Vol is starting to pick up again. All the tools and optimizations we've made that have already been validated during peak market activity are only going to get better(the peak was a super volatile 100m daily volume runner that survived and thrived) Same ticker, same launch time, same pair, but different platform. The LONG pair has a 4:1 FDV-to-stock-liquidity ratio, healthier, more sustainable PA, and a higher FDV. No vamps from within LONG because of ticker locks. FYI, the LONG500 update adds manual buybacks on new pairs + a stock stream back to the AI communnity vault (already saw a few thousand in new stocks value added in the vault). We will keep pushing for PVE. LONG.

Crypto Market Open: Has the Market Structure Changed? Bitcoin is hovering around $80K, and the broader market is still showing signs of weakness. The key question this week is whether we're seeing a healthy reset or the beginning of a deeper structural shift. Here's what I'm watching: 1/ BTC remains the key indicator The $80K area is the first major level to watch. Holding it could support a recovery, but reclaiming $85K–$87.5K would be a stronger signal that buyers are regaining control. 2/ Capital is becoming more defensive BTC dominance has been hovering around 60%, while altcoins continue to struggle. Capital appears to be favoring liquidity and relative safety over broad speculative exposure. 3/ Leverage has been flushed, but uncertainty remains Recent liquidations show how vulnerable leveraged longs have become. A relief bounce is possible, but it doesn't automatically mean the market has bottomed. 4/ The real test is demand ETF flows, spot buying volume, and sustained price recovery matter more than a temporary short squeeze. We need to see fresh demand absorb selling pressure. 5/ Macro could determine the next move The October 28 FOMC decision is a major event to watch. Risk appetite could shift quickly depending on the market's interpretation of the Fed's outlook. Has the overall structure changed? My current read: the market is still defensive, not decisively bullish. The immediate priority is capital preservation and selective positioning, rather than assuming every dip is an opportunity. I'll be watching three things closely: Can BTC hold $80K and reclaim higher resistance? Does ETH begin outperforming BTC? Can altcoins attract sustained volume instead of short-lived speculative rotations? Until these signals improve, I'd treat any rebound as a recovery attempt rather than confirmation of a new uptrend. The next move matters, but the quality of the move matters more. #Bitcoin #Ethereum #CryptoMarket #Altcoins #BTC

The real issue with $PONS might be liquidity routing, not just trading volume. Credit to @Coinesper for raising a point worth paying attention to. If aggregators consistently route trades through cheaper, more competitive pools instead of creator pools, where does the value actually accrue? 1/ Volume ≠ Value Capture A launchpad can generate billions in trading volume, but that doesn't automatically mean the protocol captures the economic value. If liquidity and execution quality determine where trades are routed, fee revenue depends on more than just launching tokens. The question is whether Pons can remain competitive where the actual swaps happen. 2/ The LP Problem As @Coinesper pointed out, competing pools can offer better pricing or lower costs than creator pools. If aggregators consistently favor those alternatives, creators and the platform risk losing fee flow they were expecting to capture. This is an infrastructure problem, not just a marketing problem. 3/ What the Numbers Tell Us According to DeFiLlama, Pons recently recorded approximately: • $2.46B in 30D DEX volume • $147.6M in 30D fees • $25.5M in 30D protocol revenue The gap between total fees and protocol revenue matters. Fees generated across the ecosystem are not the same as revenue retained by the protocol, and neither figure alone tells us how much value reaches $PONS holders. 4/ The Buyback Question The PONS value capture model allocates 80% of protocol fees toward buybacks and burns, according to its documentation. But the critical metrics are: → Actual protocol revenue collected → Buyback execution and onchain verification → Tokens actually burned → Sustained fee generation over 7D and 30D A buyback mechanism only creates a credible value-accrual thesis when its funding and execution can be independently verified. 5/ What Needs to Improve? For PONS to build a stronger long-term case, I want to see: • Competitive liquidity and execution across pools • More sustainable fee generation, not just short-term volume spikes • Transparent revenue attribution across the trading stack • Verifiable buybacks and burns • Consistent demand that survives beyond the meme cycle 6/ The Bottom Line PONS doesn't just need more tokens launched or more trading volume. It needs the infrastructure to keep liquidity competitive, capture a sustainable share of the resulting fees, and convert that revenue into verifiable value for $PONS holders. Robinhood Chain can grow into a much bigger ecosystem, but ecosystem growth and token value capture are two different things. The real test is whether PONS can connect them. Credit to @coinesper for highlighting the liquidity-routing issue. This is exactly the kind of structural question worth tracking. #PONS #RobinhoodChain #DeFi

The real test for LONG is turning conviction into execution. Fair launches, deep liquidity, and community-owned markets are compelling, but sustainable growth comes from real users and consistent demand. The mobile app could be the catalyst that takes LONG beyond its current community. Build the product, bring in the users, and let execution speak. #LONG #RobinhoodChain #DeFi #Crypto
The last few days and weeks were extremely painful. No matter how strong your position is, the market is going to humble you. Seeing major pairs on LONG taking a massive hit is very painful to me. We don’t have the luxury to pivot to new assets or metas because the point we’re trying to prove is simple: Truly fair launches are possible, and the highest upside would come from holding rather than rotating when holding also means you're bootstrapping a new stock token markets. Pain is important. It means we truly care about this mission. It sharpens us and forces us to change things. It also means we simply care more than any other platform about our top communities. But LONG takes a vision and product first approach. We won’t let the pain consume us. We are not going to just obsess with the charts. We can execute and shape reality. And We will never give up. I see LONG and myself as the final line of defense. And we will keep stepping in tactically and strategically to ensure the survival of the eco as a whole. Some hopium: - We’ve shifted major focus to our mobile app development. IMO, we miscalculated macro and needed to do it 2 to 4 weeks ago. - We’ve onboarded a new team member, a world class consumer app leader who delivered a top 10 consumer app on the App Store. - In terms of asset health, taking AI as an example here, almost every single bad thing that could have happened over the last few weeks took place. Every other asset would have died 100 times. At the end of the day: 1. During these bad times, we see how our deep liquidity design helps absorb volatility. 2. AI and other pairs have major reserves in community vaults. 400k just in the vault is typically what you would see in an asset 3x bigger that was also bundled. 3. Stock pairs are still the most novel and high upside opportunity the space has had in many years. - RH is still an incredible chain that offers higher quality assets and has provided opportunities to many people. More stocks and higher TVL are coming, and LONG will be a main beneficiary/facilitator of this as we also build our own distribution to make sure we become a force that makes RH better and aren’t just reliant on it. I’m confident focusing on how we bring the masses to LONG via the app will bring 1000x the impact. Bigger than everything else we did. It’s also going to be the hardest and most focused effort we’ve had so far, but the reward will follow. Longfolio.
