Should be evidence for any congressional inquiries into what happened with Starshield. If Musk is throttling a Pentagon-run defense network, which was commissioned to work in a partner nation as a matter of U.S. policy, because of his own political bias or desire to sway the midterms he’s heavily invested in (see his subsequent tweet), then he represents a national security risk. I’d argue he represents that anyway.

Just looked at the Louisiana Ballot Initatives and there are TWO measures offering property tax relief for seniors on the ballot.

This is why Congress is supposed to write tax law. Taxes are not supposed to be a political tool deployed by the executive to hurt, punish, or help POTUS based on how it benefits him personally.
One thing is certain, he won't be able to reapply them because this annihilates his national security argument.
