ใครจะไปคิดว่า พอเรียนกฎหมายแล้วจะได้มาใช้อะไรแบบนี้😂 อย่างเช่นข่าวนี้ เห็นปุ๊ปคือ งง เพราะ Bitcoin ถ้าตีความตามมาตรา 138 มันเป็นทรัพย์สินอยู่แล้ว แล้วศาลฎีการับรองคืออะไรอ่านแล้ว เอ๊ะสุดๆ

คืองี้ มันมีคดีปล้น Bitcoin ที่สมุยตั้งแต่ปี2565 แบบอุกอาจเลย แล้วสู้กันมาถึงฎีกา ฝ่ายจำเลยคือมันก็เอาประเด็นนี้มาสู้นั่นแหละว่า Bitcoin ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์ พอไม่ใช่ทรัพย์ก็ไม่สามารถปล้นได้ ซึ่งทุกคนนึกออกปะว่าถ้าตีความแบบตามตัวอักษรจัดๆ มันจะคิดอย่างงั้นก็ได้ ฟิลเหมือนฎีกาคดีลักไฟฟ้านั่นแหละ แต่ถ้าทำแบบนั้นสังคมก็คงจะวุ่นวายน่าดู
ศาลเขาก็เลยมีประชุมใหญ่อะไรต่างๆ และแน่นอนว่า ศาลสรุปออกมาว่า Bitcoin เนี่ยเป็นทรัพย์ เพราะเป็นวัตถุที่มีรูปร่างในระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สรุปจำเลยโดนคดีอาญาไป
ฎีกา 4929/2569 ลองไปหาอ่านกันได้ มันทำเป็นขบวนการเลย

1. That is not trivially solvable by AI today
2. That is not theoretically unsolvable
3. For which a solution technique will just get better with AI advancements, not obsolete.
