Dear @KPThrive, today I am a VERY dissatisfied patient. I don't like your closed system at all. I have tried working with @KPMemberService to find resolutions to the issues I have with my own care and that of my husband, but to no avail.
Most importantly, your #mentalhealth services are THE WORST. We have been trying to find counselors for OVER A YEAR, again, to no avail. I can't recommend your system to anyone.

Went to 1 dog park today and left because it was crowded and almost nobody was wearing a mask. Went to a 2nd dog park that wasn't as busy and still almost nobody was wearing a mask. I think there were 3 of us. #MaskUp #MaskUpAmerica #MasksSaveLives
